一把手处理下属“告状”危机的艺术

【摘要】：正本文的"告状"是指极少数下属根据自己掌握的情况、信息,依据自己的判断,向上级领导和上级机关反映本地区、本单位、本部门主要领导违纪违规违法"事实"的一种行为。具体分两种情况,一种是一把手确实存在违纪违规违法现象,下属出于公道正派而具名告状;另一种是极个别下属为了达到个人升迁和个人利益最大化等目的,出于对一把手不满而报复,无中生有、捕风捉影、编造事实而匿名告状。对于具名告状,上级领导和上级机关需要通过纪检监察部门进行调查处理,而对于匿名告状则需要一把手依靠自己的人格魅力和政治智慧妥
[Abstract]:The "complaint" in this article refers to a very small number of subordinates who, according to their own circumstances, information and their own judgments, reflect to their superior leaders and organs their respective regions and units, The main leadership of the department violation of discipline, violation of the law, "facts" an act. Specifically, there are two kinds of cases. One is that the first leader does have the phenomenon of violating discipline, violating laws and regulations, and the subordinates are named out of justice and decency; the other is that very few subordinates have the purpose of achieving personal promotion and maximization of personal interests. Out of dissatisfaction with the head of the revenge, out of nothing, fanciful, fabricated facts and anonymous complaint. For naming a complaint, the superior leaders and higher authorities need to investigate and deal with it through the discipline inspection and supervision department, while for the anonymous complaint, it is necessary to rely on their own personality charm and political wisdom.
