【摘要】：正统班子、带队伍是领导者的基本功,班子带好了,干部队伍心劲齐了,工作才能有热情,干事氛围才能好,事业才能出成效。学深学透统班子、带队伍这门"必修课",对每一名领导者来讲都至关重要。一、必须强化现代领导意识根据领导科学原理,领导者的角色内涵是随着时代发展不断丰富和发展变化的。处于当今这个变革时代,人们的价值观念、行为方式发生了巨大变化,人们的领导观念以及对领导角色的认识也有了新的发
