上下级之间工作机制不合理的原因与矫治

【摘要】:正上下级之间既是工作关系,又是朋友关系,关系处好了,有利于推进工作,加深感情;否则,就会迟滞工作开展,造成工作被动,影响工作效率。很多时候,上级安排的工作、部署的任务,到了下级那里总是推不下去、落不了地、见不了效,令上级很窝火、很恼火。究其原因,在很大程度上是工作机制出现了问题。那么,上下级之间的工作机制有哪些不合理表现,症结是什么,又有何对策呢?一、主要表现(一)错位导致工作机制失灵
[Abstract]:The relationship between the superior and the subordinate is not only a working relationship, but also a friend relationship. If the relationship is well dealt with, it will help to advance the work and deepen the feelings; otherwise, it will delay the work, cause the work to be passive, and affect the work efficiency. In many cases, the work arranged by the superiors and the tasks deployed to the subordinates can never be pushed down, can not fall off the ground, and fail to see any effect, which makes the superiors very angry and very angry. Investigate its reason, to a large extent is working mechanism appeared problem.
