“领导替代代”现象与领导服务力提升

【摘要】：正现代领导力理论研究表明,领导力和领导艺术包括领导决策力与领导决断艺术、领导凝聚力与领导激励艺术、领导执行力与领导协调艺术、领导服务力与领导用权艺术、领导形象魅力与言语表达艺术、领导媒体沟通力与危机应对艺术、领导创新力与推动改革艺术等方面。邓小平同志提出"领导就是服务"论断,说明领导的本质就是服务,领导干部的角色就是人民群众的公仆。因此,把领导和管理融入服务之中就是最管用的领导艺术。
[Abstract]:The research of modern leadership theory shows that leadership and leadership art include the art of leadership decision-making and leadership decision, the art of leadership cohesion and leadership motivation, the art of coordination between leadership execution and leadership, the art of leadership service and the art of leadership using power. The charisma of the leadership image and the art of speech expression, the communication ability of the media and the art of crisis response, the ability of leading the innovation and the art of promoting the reform, etc. Comrade Deng Xiaoping's argument that "leadership is service" shows that the essence of leadership is service, and the role of leading cadres is the public servant of the people.
