【摘要】：梯田旅游作为元阳旅游业的重要组成部分，其意义已经从一般的传统旅游上升到了解决“三农”问题、促进新农村建设的高度。元阳哈尼梯田于2013年6月被联合国教科文组织第37届世界遗产委员会列入世界遗产名录，它处于云南省红河州元阳县境内。农业生态系统呈现出森林，村庄，河流、梯田四素同构，当地的农业生产技术和传统文化活动均围绕梯田开展。本文选择了元阳这样一个财政能力比较脆弱、旅游资源又相对丰富的地区作为研究对象，对当地发展特色旅游经济与农民收入的关系这一问题进行了较为深入的研究。本文首先对目前元阳哈尼地区旅游的发展态势进行了描述和概括，之后运用利益相关者理论对哈尼梯田旅游发展中的获益者之间的经济利益分配问题进行了分析。以攀枝花乡和普高老寨村为例，经过实地考察从多角度说明旅游对农民增收作用并不显著，并对其原因进行了深入分析，，在此基础上提出了当地农民实现增收的现实路径。在理论探究和实证剖析的基础上，本文提出以提高农民财产性收入为途径的旅游资源利益分享机制模型，着重分析了哈尼地区农民如何在旅游资源利益分配中获得应有利益，切实提高收入。
[Abstract]:Terrace tourism as an important part of Yuanyang tourism, its significance has risen from the general traditional tourism to solve the "three rural" problem. In June 2013, the Yuanyang Hani terrace was listed on the World Heritage list by the 37th World Heritage Committee of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). It is located in Yuanyang County, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The agricultural ecosystem presents four elements isomorphism of forest, village, river and terrace. Local agricultural production technology and traditional cultural activities are carried out around terraces. This paper chooses Yuanyang as a region with relatively weak financial capacity and relatively rich tourism resources as the research object. The relationship between local tourism economy and farmers' income is deeply studied. Firstly, this paper describes and generalizes the current situation of tourism development in Hani area of Yuanyang. Then using stakeholder theory to analyze the distribution of economic benefits among the beneficiaries in the tourism development of Hani terrace. Take Panzhihua Township and Pugao Laozhai Village as examples. Through the field investigation, it shows that the effect of tourism on farmers' income is not significant from many angles, and the reasons are deeply analyzed. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the realistic path to increase local farmers' income. On the basis of theoretical research and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward a mechanism model of tourism resource benefit-sharing based on increasing farmers' property income. This paper analyzes emphatically how farmers in Hani region obtain due benefits in the distribution of tourism resources and improve their income.
