海南省旅游产业投资基金运行机制研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,基本的物质生活已不能满足人们的需要,旅游产业成为人们日常生活中越来越不可少的精神食粮,这为海南省旅游产业的发展提供了巨大的市场需求。但是,现阶段海南省旅游产业的资金投入量与旅游产业的需求来比,还有很大的差距,资金的供需矛盾还很大。因此,海南省旅游产业投资基金将增强资金的运行效率已经成为当下旅游产业急需解决的问题。而产业投资基金则被认为是新经济制度下的一种金融制度的创新,对促进旅游产业结构的升级、推动经济的发展有着重要的作用,海南省政府正在积极采取相应措施促进其发展。本文在借鉴国内外产业投资基金发展的基础上,结合海南省旅游产业发展的现状及存在的问题,设计了海南省旅游产业投资基金的运行机制,为海南省旅游企业提供了一条可行的融资渠道。首先分析了海南省发展旅游产业投资基金的可行性,从海南省发展旅游产业资本供应、市场、资源、产业及投资基金可能的收益等方面论述了,海南省发展旅游产业投资基金是切实可行的；其次本文针对海南省旅游产业投资基金的现状,尤其是在投资方向上的影响因素进行了实证分析,对投资基金的投资方向进行定位；第三部分主要对海南省旅游产业投资基金的运行进行了具体的设计,风险控制应该注意的问题及海南省旅游产业投资基金的主要退出方式；最后就海南省发展旅游产业投资基金提出了相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the basic material life can no longer meet the needs of people. Tourism industry has become more and more indispensable spiritual food in people's daily life. This has provided a huge market demand for the development of Hainan's tourism industry. However, at this stage, there is still a big gap between the amount of capital input and the demand of the tourism industry in Hainan Province, and the contradiction between the supply and demand of funds is still very large. Hainan Tourism Industry Investment Fund will enhance the efficiency of capital operation, which has become an urgent problem for the tourism industry. And the Industrial Investment Fund is considered to be an innovation of the financial system under the new economic system. It plays an important role in promoting the upgrading of tourism industry structure and promoting the development of economy. The Hainan Provincial Government is actively taking corresponding measures to promote its development. Based on the development of domestic and foreign industrial investment funds and the present situation and existing problems of Hainan tourism industry development, this paper designs the operating mechanism of Hainan tourism industry investment fund. This paper provides a feasible financing channel for tourism enterprises in Hainan Province. Firstly, the feasibility of developing tourism industry investment fund in Hainan Province is analyzed, and the capital supply, market and resources of tourism industry in Hainan Province are developed. The paper discusses that it is feasible to develop tourism industry investment fund in Hainan Province. Secondly, this paper aims at the present situation of Hainan tourism industry investment fund. In particular, the influence factors on the investment direction are empirically analyzed, and the investment direction of the investment fund is positioned. The third part mainly designs the operation of Hainan tourism industry investment fund. The problems that should be paid attention to in risk control and the main exit ways of Hainan tourism industry investment fund are put forward, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the development of tourism industry investment fund in Hainan province are put forward.
