山东省旅游能值及其时空变化分析

【摘要】：本文以山东省2003-2012年旅游数据为依据,运用H.T.Odum的能值理论和分析方法,选取可更新资源能值比率、不可更新资源能值比率等14个能值指标,构建山东省旅游能值指标综合评估体系,对山东省旅游系统的结构、旅游的功能、旅游经济效益和生态效益以及可持续发展状况作了时空变化上的定量分析,分析结果表明： (1)山东省旅游系统的结构状况良好,并不断完善。系统内部可供利用的旅游资源潜力大,但是深受自然因素的影响。旅游投入虽逐年增加,但是比重较低。 (2)山东省旅游系统功能需要加强。分析表明,山东省旅游系统开放,与外界有充足的物质等交流,旅游业发达,旅游地人们生活水平和生活质量逐年提高,但是旅游能值交换率逐年下降,存在着牺牲环境换取经济利益的现象,在与外界的旅游贸易中优势地位逐年下降。 (3)2003-2012年,山东省的旅游生态效率状况出现先差后改善的现象。前期,因满足旅游者不断增加的旅游需求,旅游规模扩大,环境污染严重,旅游系统承受的压力大。后期,因环保工作的开展,旅游生态效率渐好,但每年山东省旅游排放的废弃物量还是很大。 (4)2003-2012年,山东省省内旅游者及来鲁旅游者旅游消费逐渐趋于理性,旅游经济效益好,山东省旅游有较强的竞争力。 (5)山东省旅游水平存在区域差异,空间发展不均衡,鲁东地区旅游整体发展水平强于鲁中和鲁西地区,青岛和济南是山东省旅游的两大核心地。山东省旅游可持续发展潜力大,其中,鲁东地区的可持续发展指数高于鲁东和鲁西地区。
[Abstract]:Based on the tourism data of Shandong Province from 2003 to 2012, using the emergy theory and analysis method of H.T.Odum, this paper selects 14 emergy indexes, such as renewable resource emergy ratio, non-renewable resource emergy ratio, etc.This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of tourism emergy index in Shandong Province, and makes quantitative analysis on the structure, functions, economic and ecological benefits of tourism and the situation of sustainable development of tourism system in Shandong Province. The results show that:Shandong Province tourism system structure is in good condition, and continue to improve.The potential of tourism resources available in the system is great, but deeply influenced by natural factors.Although the tourism investment increases year by year, but the proportion is low.2) the function of Shandong tourism system needs to be strengthened.The analysis shows that the tourism system of Shandong Province is open, there is sufficient material communication with the outside world, the tourism industry is developed, the living standard and quality of life of the people in the tourist destination are improved year by year, but the exchange rate of tourism energy value decreases year by year.There exists the phenomenon of sacrificing the environment for economic benefits, and the dominant position in tourism trade with the outside world decreases year by year.From 2003 to 2012, the situation of tourism ecological efficiency in Shandong Province was first poor and then improved.In the early stage, due to the increasing demand of tourists, the scale of tourism is enlarged, the environment pollution is serious, and the pressure on tourism system is great.In the later period, the ecological efficiency of tourism was improved gradually because of the development of environmental protection, but the amount of waste discharged from tourism in Shandong Province was still very large every year.From 2003 to 2012, tourism consumption of tourists in Shandong Province and tourists from Shandong Province gradually tended to be rational, tourism economic benefits were good, and Shandong tourism had strong competitiveness.5) the tourism level of Shandong Province is different in different regions and the spatial development is not balanced. The overall level of tourism development in the east of Shandong is stronger than that in the middle of Shandong and the west of Shandong. Qingdao and Jinan are the two core places of Shandong province's tourism.There is great potential for sustainable development of tourism in Shandong Province, in which the sustainable development index of east Shandong is higher than that of Shandong and western Shandong.
