济南市少儿室内拓展运动的现状与发展对策研究

【摘要】：少儿室内拓展运动是一种以项目活动为载体的生存教育、现代教育模式,是要让少年儿童在拓展训练中体验与感悟在面对困难与问题时的心理状态,学会解决问题的方法,增强克服困难的信心和勇气。通过对少儿室内拓展运动发展现状、研究,分析室内拓展运动在发展过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,对今后室内拓展运动的发展提供一定的理论支持。本文采用文献法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,在对国内外关于拓展运动研究现状进行综述的基础上,以济南市4家开展少儿室内拓展运动的场馆为调查对象,对建设情况、运营情况、参与人群的现状、参与人群对济南市室内拓展运动发展的满意度、存在的问题五个方面展开了研究。研究结果表明： 1、济南市少儿室内拓展运动刚刚起步,目前拓展场馆数量较少,规模不大,且大多数场馆建设在大型的商场内。 2、拓展场馆在运行中存在着价格较高、项目种类较为单一,项目调整不及时等问题。 3、济南市少儿室内拓展运动参与人群对室内拓展运动的认知度差异较大。 4、少儿家长对室内拓展运动场地设施建设、拓展项目种类、拓展项目收费价格、拓展项目安全设施等满意度较低。 5、济南市室内少儿拓展运动在发展中存在的问题表现在少儿室内拓展运动相关法律法规不健全、国家对专业的少儿拓展教练培育不足、室内拓展运动器材设施不足、室内拓展运动的教育理念缺失、区域间的发展不均衡、室内拓展运动风险规避机制的不健全、国家对该项运动的宣传力度不足。针对当前济南市室内少儿拓展运动发展中存在的问题,研究者提出了政府加快立法,制定行业准则,加强监管力度、培养专业的少儿室内拓展教练员、全社会共同关注,吸引更多的少儿参与到室内拓展训练、借助于媒体加大少儿室内拓展运动的宣传与普及、加强场地器材配置,提高后勤保障、加强安全机制建设,建立风险规避体系,以促进济南市室内少儿拓展运动的发展。
[Abstract]:Children's indoor outreach is a kind of survival education with project activities as the carrier. The modern education mode is to enable children to experience and understand the psychological state in the face of difficulties and problems, and to learn how to solve problems. Strengthen confidence and courage to overcome difficulties. Through the research on the present situation of children's indoor development, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of indoor expansion, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, which will provide some theoretical support for the future development of indoor expansion. Based on the literature, questionnaire survey and expert interview, and on the basis of summarizing the current situation of the research on the development of sports at home and abroad, this paper takes 4 gymnasiums in Jinan as the objects of investigation. The paper studies the construction situation, the operation situation, the present situation of the participants, the satisfaction degree of the participants to the development of the indoor expansion movement in Jinan, and the existing problems in five aspects. The results show that: 1. The children's indoor expansion movement in Jinan has just started. At present, the number and scale of the development venues are relatively small, and most of the venues are built in large shopping malls. 2. There are some problems such as high price, single project type and untimely project adjustment. 3. There are great differences in the cognition of the children's indoor expansion movement in Jinan. 4. Children's parents are less satisfied with indoor sports facilities construction, project types, project charge price, project safety facilities and so on. 5. The problems existing in the development of indoor children's development in Jinan are that the laws and regulations related to the children's indoor expansion are not perfect, the national training for professional children's development coaches is insufficient, and the indoor development sports equipment and facilities are insufficient. The lack of educational concept of indoor expansion movement, the uneven development between regions, the unsound risk aversion mechanism of indoor expansion movement, and the lack of propaganda on the campaign by the state. In view of the problems existing in the development of the indoor children's expansion movement in Jinan, the researchers proposed that the government should speed up legislation, formulate industry guidelines, strengthen supervision, train professional children's indoor development coaches, and pay attention to the whole society. To attract more children to participate in indoor development training, to increase the publicity and popularization of children's indoor expansion campaigns by means of the media, to strengthen the allocation of venues and equipment, to improve logistical support, to strengthen the construction of security mechanisms, and to establish a risk aversion system. In order to promote the development of Jinan indoor children's expansion movement.
