舟山群岛新区渔农村旅游可持续发展研究

【摘要】：2010年，舟山被批准为“国家旅游综合改革试点城市”之后，舟山渔农村旅游迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。2011年6月30日，国务院正式批准设立浙江舟山群岛新区，舟山成为我国首个以海洋经济为主题的国家级新区。在区位条件、资源优势和重大政策的推动下，舟山群岛新区渔农村旅游业呈现出方兴未艾之势，形成了一批经典海岛渔农村休闲度假产品，具有渔农村特色的乡村旅游业发展迅猛，已成为舟山旅游业发展的一个新亮点。与此同时，一些制约舟山群岛新区渔农村旅游可持续发展的问题也逐渐显现，如项目低水平重复建设、市场竞争秩序混乱、渔农家乐旅游产品雷同、项目形式单一、渔农村旅游从业人员缺乏系统有效的培训等。这些问题影响着舟山渔农村旅游的可持续发展，，亟待我们去解决。本文试图采用文献分析法、实地调查法、SWOT分析法、ASEB栅格分析法等定性与定量相结合的方法，根据可持续发展理论、旅游学、生态学、社会学等相关学科的知识，借鉴国内外乡村旅游开发的成功经验，对舟山群岛新区渔农村旅游业的发展现状和存在的问题进行深入分析，并合理规划、引导，提出实施渔农村旅游可持续发展的战略措施，为推动舟山群岛新区渔农村旅游业的可持续发展提供智力支持和决策参考。
[Abstract]:After Zhoushan was approved as a pilot city for comprehensive national tourism reform in 2010, rural tourism in Zhoushan has seen unprecedented development opportunities. On June 30, 2011, the State Council officially approved the establishment of a new Zhoushan archipelago district in Zhejiang Province. Zhoushan has become the first state-level new area with marine economy as its theme. Driven by regional conditions, resource advantages and major policies, the rural tourism industry in the new area of Zhoushan Archipelago is in the ascendant, forming a number of classic island fishery and rural leisure products. The rural tourism, which has the characteristics of fishing and fishing, has developed rapidly and has become a new bright spot in the development of Zhoushan tourism. At the same time, some problems restricting the sustainable development of fishery tourism in the new area of Zhoushan Archipelago have gradually emerged, such as the low level repeated construction of the project, the confusion of market competition order, the similarity of the tourism products of the fishing farm and the joy of fishing, and the single form of the project. Rural tourism workers lack systematic and effective training. These problems affect the sustainable development of rural tourism in Zhoushan. This paper attempts to combine qualitative and quantitative methods, such as literature analysis, field investigation and ASEB grid analysis, according to the knowledge of related disciplines such as sustainable development theory, tourism, ecology, sociology, etc. Drawing on the successful experience of the development of rural tourism at home and abroad, this paper makes a deep analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the development of rural tourism in the new area of Zhoushan Archipelago, and puts forward the strategic measures to implement the sustainable development of the fishery rural tourism. It provides intellectual support and decision-making reference for promoting the sustainable development of rural tourism in Zhoushan archipelago.
