景忠山景区旅游发展战略研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着社会经济的发展,人们的旅游需求急剧增加,旅游有了广阔的市场前景,同时又面临前所未有的挑战。旅游景区不仅在关注游客接待量和旅游收入,更加注重景区的长远发展。如何用战略的眼光确保旅游景区旺盛的生命力和吸引力,如何进行战略管理将有限的资源最大限度地转化为多元化的产品和个性化的服务,越来越多的旅游管理者更加关注旅游发展战略,旅游发展战略也对景区未来发展有至关重要的作用。近年随着来景忠山景区内、外部环境的巨大变化,给景区的长远发展带来了一系列问题,如何实现景区的转型升级,制定出相应的发展战略已成为当务之急。 首先,本文介绍了研究的背景和意义、国内外旅游发展战略研究综述以及本文研究的主要方法。对战略、旅游发展战略的涵义及旅游竞争力、区域旅游合作、旅游可持续发展等相关理论进行了阐述,是整篇论文的理论基础。 其次,阐述了景忠山的历史文脉及景区发展现状,然后运用波特五力分析和SWOT分析法对景区的发展环境和资源进行了系统分析。明确了景忠山景区旅游发展的战略目标和战略重点,提出旅游战略规划的内容和景区的空间布局。 再次,本文在景区旅游发展战略制定实施中,重点对景忠山景区总的旅游发展战略旅游品牌战略、旅游可持续发展战略,,及场营销战略、旅游联合战略、差异化战略等景区业务层战略进行了重点研究,并提出景忠山旅游发展战略实施的保障体系。 本文的研究成果旨在对景忠山景区未来的发展提供有益的帮助,为其他旅游景区的发展起到一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy, people's tourism demand increases sharply, tourism has broad market prospects, but also faces unprecedented challenges. Scenic spots not only pay attention to the amount of tourists and tourism income, but also pay more attention to the long-term development of scenic spots. How to ensure the vitality and attractiveness of scenic spots with strategic vision, and how to transform the limited resources into diversified products and individualized services to the maximum extent through strategic management, More and more tourism managers pay more attention to tourism development strategy, and tourism development strategy also plays a vital role in the future development of scenic spots. In recent years, with the great changes of the external environment in Jingzhong Mountain Scenic area, it has brought a series of problems to the long-term development of the scenic area. How to realize the transformation and upgrade of the scenic area and formulate the corresponding development strategy has become an urgent task. First of all, this paper introduces the background and significance of the study, domestic and foreign tourism development strategy research review and the main methods of this study. The related theories of strategy, tourism development strategy, tourism competitiveness, regional tourism cooperation and tourism sustainable development are expounded, which is the theoretical basis of the whole paper. Secondly, it expounds the historical context of Jingzhong Mountain and the present situation of scenic area development, and then makes a systematic analysis of the development environment and resources of the scenic area by using Porter's five Forces Analysis and SWOT Analysis method. This paper clarifies the strategic objectives and key points of tourism development in Jingzhong Mountain scenic area, and puts forward the contents of tourism strategic planning and the spatial layout of scenic spots. Thirdly, this paper focuses on the overall tourism development strategy, tourism brand strategy, sustainable tourism development strategy, field marketing strategy and tourism joint strategy in the scenic area tourism development strategy formulation and implementation, the overall tourism development strategy, tourism brand strategy, tourism sustainable development strategy, tourism joint strategy. The differentiation strategy and other scenic area business level strategies are studied emphatically, and the guarantee system for the implementation of Jingzhong Mountain tourism development strategy is put forward. The research results of this paper are intended to provide useful help for the future development of Jingzhong Mountain Scenic area, and play a certain reference significance for the development of other scenic spots.
