国产品牌手机如何应对国际品牌及山寨机的冲击

【摘要】: 我国从1998年开始国产手机制造至今已经有十个年头了,国产品牌手机与国际品牌手机之间的差距正在逐渐缩小,手机制造材料、零配件及工装设备国产化的程度也在逐步提高,虽然这些年来中国手机制造业取得了快速的发展,但是在这个发展过程中,国产品牌手机依然处于比较艰难的地位,在很多方面与国际品牌之间的差距依然很大,于此同时需要面对近几年蓬勃发展壮大起来的山寨机的冲击,本文通过对目前我国手机行业竞争状况、山寨机优势与问题、国产品牌手机企业优劣势及问题等方面进行分析,试图给国有品牌手机企业如何面对国际品牌及国内山寨机冲击、提升自身竞争力提供一些参考。 论文共分七章。第一章绪论;第二章简要介绍中国手机行业现状;第三章介绍了山寨机发展的优势及问题;第四章为国产手机行业竞争格局分析;第五章分析了国产品牌手机内外部状态及其存在的问题;第六章给出了如何提升国产品牌手机企业竞争力的建议;第七章为总结与展望。
[Abstract]:It has been ten years since China started manufacturing domestic mobile phones in 1998. The gap between domestic brand mobile phones and international brand mobile phones is gradually narrowing. The degree of localization of mobile phone manufacturing materials, spare parts and tooling equipment is also gradually increasing. Although the Chinese mobile phone manufacturing industry has made rapid development in recent years, in the process of development, the domestic brand mobile phones are still in a relatively difficult position, and the gap between them in many aspects and the international brands is still very large. At the same time, we need to face the impact of shanzhai machine, which has been booming in recent years. This paper analyzes the competitive situation of mobile phone industry in our country, the advantages and problems of shanzhai machine, the advantages and disadvantages of domestic brand mobile phone enterprises, and so on. This paper attempts to provide some references for state-owned brand mobile phone enterprises to face the impact of international brands and domestic copycat machines and to enhance their competitiveness. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is introduction; the second chapter briefly introduces the current situation of mobile phone industry in China; the third chapter introduces the advantages and problems of the development of shanzhai machine; the 4th chapter analyzes the competitive pattern of domestic mobile phone industry; Chapter 5th analyzes the internal and external status of domestic brand mobile phone and its existing problems; chapter 6th gives some suggestions on how to improve the competitiveness of domestic brand mobile phone enterprises; chapter 7th is a summary and prospect.
