九华佛茶标准化生产技术集成试验报告

【摘要】:九华佛茶是池州市绿茶的公共品牌,但其加工过程中易出现焦叶和红梗红叶、碎末茶多等问题。池州市农业技术推广中心应用"绿茶三色定投杀青技术"和"米棒子制作扁直形茶叶技术"两项成果,进行技术集成试验。其对于九华佛茶标准化生产效果最好,表现在避免焦叶和红梗红叶的发生和明显地减少碎末茶。
[Abstract]:Jiuhua Buddha tea is a public brand of Chizhou green tea. In Chizhou Agricultural Technology extension Center, two achievements of "green tea trichromatic green killing technique" and "rice bar making flat straight tea technology" were used to carry out technology integration test. It has the best effect on the standardized production of Jiuhua Buddha tea, which can avoid the occurrence of the red leaf and the scorched leaf and obviously reduce the broken tea.
