基础教育学校品牌策略研究

【摘要】:随着教育市场的繁荣,人们对教育的选择,不再只是关注名牌的高等教育以及名牌的职业教育,而是更多地认识到基础教育的重要性,越来越多的家长努力为自己的孩子选择优秀的小学教育和初中教育,这也使得一些优秀的小学、初中学校的名气越来越大、名声越来越好,并在广大家长中得到广泛赞誉和认可,学生们也以能够去这些学校就读而自豪,基础教育品牌效应逐渐形成。 教育品牌是从企业品牌中引申出来的概念,从其定义上来看,教育品牌既可以是学校的名称、标志和为教育消费者提供教育服务,培养教育消费者的各要素(师资、校园文化、教学设施等)的总和;同时,教育品牌又可以指学校的名称和可以作为学校名称的标志。 教育品牌是一种教育现象,是学校教育发展到一定阶段的产物,它将推动教育理念创新,形成本校的教育特点。基础教育学校要进行品牌的定位以及推广和沟通,在保证教育质量的前提下,优化其师资队伍,培养其学校品牌文化。基础教育品牌不再是以同一种原则、同一套标准来创设的,而是以其发展的多样性去适应学生发展的特色,它既能保障每个学生在校学习期间的成功,又能培养出走向社会后的优秀人才。
[Abstract]:With the prosperity of the education market, people's choice of education is not only concerned with the famous higher education and the famous vocational education, but also more aware of the importance of basic education. More and more parents are making efforts to choose excellent primary education and junior high school education for their children. This has also made some excellent primary schools, which have become more and more famous and have a better reputation. The students are proud to go to these schools and the brand effect of basic education is gradually formed. Education brand is a concept derived from enterprise brand. From its definition, education brand can not only be the name of school, but also provide educational service for education consumer, and cultivate all elements of education consumer (teachers, campus culture, etc.) The sum of teaching facilities, etc. At the same time, the education brand can also refer to the name of the school and can be used as the symbol of the name of the school. Education brand is a kind of educational phenomenon, which is the product of school education development to a certain stage. It will promote the innovation of educational idea and form the educational characteristics of our school. Under the premise of ensuring the quality of education, the elementary education school should optimize its teaching staff and cultivate its brand culture. The brand of basic education is no longer created by the same principles and standards, but with the diversity of its development to adapt to the characteristics of the development of students, it can guarantee the success of each student in school. Can also cultivate the outstanding talents after going to the society.
