大学生个人品牌建设研究

【摘要】: 大学生个人品牌建设研究是一个相对空白但意义重大的领域,本研究努力通过相关文献的梳理、问卷调查分析和焦点小组座谈(FGD)等研究方法,对大学生个人品牌建设的现状、存在的问题有所探析,并对大学生个人品牌建设的内容、策略和网络在大学生个人品牌建设中的作用等提出自己的看法,以期对现实有所指导。 通过研究得出:①目前大学生个人品牌建设的现状不容乐观,大学生对个人品牌概念的认知不高、了解程度比较低、缺乏个人品牌建设的意识和实际行动;同时,学校没有发挥推动者的作用,班级内也缺乏个人品牌建设的氛围,整体来说大学生缺乏进行个人品牌建设的环境和舞台。但是大学生对个人品牌建设的必要性和作用评价较高,表明在大学生中推广个人品牌理论有可行的基础,对大学生进行适当的引导,提供发展平台,大学生的个人品牌建设现状必然得到较大的改善。②大学生个人品牌包括大学生的知识品牌、能力品牌、人格品牌等,具体来说包括“大学生的IQ智力水平”、“大学生的EQ情绪水平”、“大学生的CQ创意能力”、“大学生的LQ学习能力”、“大学生的MQ道德水平”、“大学生的BQ美丽能力”六个方面。③大学生个人品牌建设需要教育主管部门、学术界、高校、人才市场和大学生自身等多个方面共同进行努力。④网络给大学生个人品牌的建设和传播提供了一个良好的平台,为大学生个人品牌建设带来了契机,使其向世界传播成为可能;网络为大学生提供了更大的空间,夯实了个人品牌的基础。
[Abstract]:The research on college students' personal brand building is a relatively blank but significant field. This study tries to make efforts through the combing of relevant literature, questionnaire survey and focus group discussion on (FGD) and other research methods. This paper probes into the present situation and existing problems of college students' personal brand construction, and puts forward their own views on the contents, strategies and functions of the network in the construction of college students' personal brand, in order to give some guidance to the reality. Through the research: 1 the current situation of college students' personal brand construction is not optimistic, the college students' understanding of the concept of personal brand is not high, the degree of understanding is relatively low, the lack of personal brand building awareness and practical action; At the same time, the school does not play the role of promoters, the class also lacks the atmosphere of personal brand building, the overall lack of college students for personal brand building environment and stage. However, college students have a higher evaluation of the necessity and function of personal brand building, which indicates that the promotion of personal brand theory among college students has a feasible foundation, and provides a suitable guidance for college students to provide a platform for development. The current situation of college students' personal brand construction must be greatly improved. 2 College students' personal brand includes university students' knowledge brand, ability brand, personality brand and so on. Specifically, it includes "college students'IQ intelligence level". "EQ emotional level of college students", "CQ creative ability of college students", "LQ learning ability of college students", "MQ moral level of college students", "College students'BQ Beautiful ability" six aspects. 3 the college students' personal brand construction needs the education department, the academic circles, the university, The network provides a good platform for the construction and dissemination of individual brands of college students, and brings opportunities for the construction of individual brands of college students. Make it possible to spread to the world; Network for college students to provide greater space, tamping the foundation of personal brand.
