【摘要】:在当今汽车企业中,汽车的需求越来越个性化,需求的变化很快,对汽车企业的供应链提出很大的要求,需要从产品的研发,敏捷生产、精益生产、快速反应等方面进行竞争,才能生存。汽车企业要加强物流供应链管理,解决汽车企业内部资源的有效整合,准确把握客户需求,快速整合外部优势资源,通过畅通的物流、信息流来降低库存、降低成本,并对市场需求做出迅速准确的反应。供应链管理将帮助汽车企业在不确定的市场环境,增强其抗风险能力和市场反应敏捷性,并降低成本,保证资金链。各企业之间的竞争也就越来越激烈,这种竞争不是一个整车企业与另一个整车企业的竞争,而是一条供应链与另一条供应链之间的竞争。汽车公司要实现物流、资金流和信息流的高度集成,要求其内部具有较高的管理水平,与供应商、销售商的协同是一个很大的问题。实施协同的供应链管理势在必行,实施CPFR是个必要的选择。因此,研究这一问题具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。 本文正是在这样一个背景下,主要探讨了实施CPFR目的和意义,分析供应链协同管理的涵义、特征、发展历程,介绍CPFR的实施运行步骤和CPFR的运行机制,剖解江铃汽车股份有限公司的库存矛盾,重点说明了江铃与供应商之间的协同。文章从框架上分了六章,第一章是导论,第二章是供应链的协同及CPFR概述,第三章为江铃汽车股份有限公司实施CPFR的背景,第四章为江铃汽车股份有限公司实施CPFR的现状分析,第五章为江铃汽车股份有限公司完善CPFR运行模式的措施,第六章为结论和展望。 本文在研究江铃汽车股份有限公司实施CPFR机制的基础上,分析其带来的效益;并通过构建供应链的成员与成员间的信息沟通、利益分配等,进一步发展供应链管理的组织结构理论;通过分析总结供应链的CPFR机制,发展需求预测理论、协同理论、库存理论、配送理论等。通过分析江铃汽车股份有限公司CPFR实施的效益,一方面能够为提高国内企业实施CPFR提供有力的说服证据,在应用CPFR能够实现很多效益,能够实现以消费者为中心的预测、计划、优化、分析协同和执行。另一方面,可以提高江铃汽车股份有限公司的运营水平,为中国国内企业的经营与运营水平与竞争力提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:In today's automotive enterprises, automobile demand more and more personalized, demand changes quickly, requirements for automobile enterprises in the supply chain, from product development, agile manufacturing, lean production, rapid response and other aspects of competition, in order to survive. Automobile enterprises should strengthen the logistics supply chain management, effective integration to solve the internal resources of automobile enterprises, accurately grasp the needs of customers, the rapid integration of external resources, through smooth logistics, information flow to reduce inventory, reduce cost, and make a quick and accurate response to market demand. The supply chain management will help the auto companies in the uncertain market environment, enhance its ability to resist risks and market reaction agility, and reduce the cost, to ensure that the capital chain. The competition between enterprises is more and more fierce competition, this is not a car companies and another vehicle enterprise competition, but a Between a supply chain with another supply chain competition. The car company to achieve highly integrated logistics, capital flow and information flow, it has higher internal management level, and supplier, retailer collaboration is a big problem. The implementation of collaborative supply chain management potential is imperative, the implementation of CPFR is a necessary choice. Therefore, it has important theoretical value and practical significance to study this problem.
This article is in such a background, mainly discusses the purpose and significance of the implementation of CPFR, analysis of the collaborative supply chain management connotation, characteristics, development process, operation mechanism introduces the implementation of CPFR operation steps and CPFR, analysis of JMC Limited by Share Ltd inventory contradiction, highlights the synergy between Jiangling and suppliers from the. The frame is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter is the summary of supply chain collaboration and CPFR, the third chapter is the implementation of Jiangling Limited by Share Ltd CPFR background, the fourth chapter is the analysis of the current situation of Jiangling auto Limited by Share Ltd CPFR implementation. The fifth chapter is the JMC Limited by Share Ltd to improve CPFR operation mode, the sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook.
The implementation of CPFR based on the mechanism of Jiangling auto Limited by Share Ltd, analysis of its benefits; and through the construction of supply chain members and between members of information communication, distribution of interests, the further development of the theory of organization structure of supply chain management; through CPFR mechanism analysis of total node of the supply chain, the development of demand forecasting theory, synergy theory inventory theory, distribution theory, etc. through the analysis of JMC Limited by Share Ltd benefit of CPFR implementation, can provide a convincing evidence for strong increase in domestic enterprises to implement CPFR, can achieve a lot of benefits in the application of CPFR, can realize the consumer centric prediction, plan optimization, collaborative analysis and implementation. On the other hand, can to improve the operational level of JMC Limited by Share Ltd, and provides reference for the China domestic enterprises management and operation level and competitiveness.
