【摘要】：关系资本能促进企业绩效的创造吗?各行业之间存在差异吗?选择机械设备制造行业上市公司327家作为样本,对选择的13个指标进行因子分析得出主成份因子,并赋予关系资本含义,然后作为解释变量进行多元回归分析,得出结论:关系资本可以促进企业价值的创造,但具体行业间存在着差异;关系资本的各组成部分在各行业中对绩效的作用的方向和程度不同,并且各行业之间作用程度存在差异。
[Abstract]:Can relational capital promote the creation of firm performance? Are there any differences between industries? In this paper 327 listed companies in machinery and equipment manufacturing industry are selected as samples and the principal component factors are obtained by factor analysis of 13 selected indicators and the meaning of relational capital is given. Then the multivariate regression analysis is carried out as an explanatory variable to draw the conclusion: relational capital can promote the creation of enterprise value, but there are differences among specific industries; The effect of each component of relational capital on performance is different in different industries, and the degree of action is different among different industries.
