【摘要】:由于能源危机与环境污染问题的加剧,节能降耗、减少对化石燃料的依赖成为世界各国亟待解决的问题。在此背景下,以“以电代油、能效高、噪音低”著称的电动汽车成为各国追捧的对象,大力发展电动汽车产业成为汽车行业未来几十年的必然选择。这对作为电动汽车电能供应商的电网企业来说,将是一次重要的发展机遇。因此,研究未来电动汽车规模化发展对电网的影响,尤其探讨电动汽车大规模入网充电带给电网企业运营方面的影响,并找到可行的应对之策,对电网企业更好地决策在未来电动汽车产业链中的参与方式有重要的参考价值。 基于此,本文从未来电动汽车行业将实现规模化发展的角度出发,分析其对电网运营的影响,主要包括如下四个部分。1、分析了电动汽车产业发展趋势,并详细阐述了电动汽车及其充电设施相关技术研究现状;2、借鉴经营管理中常用的SWOT分析方法,对电网在电动汽车规模化发展中存在的优、劣势及面临的机遇和挑战进行了全方位分析,以确定电网企业参与电动汽车用电服务市场的发展路径;3、在定性分析的基础上,以定量手段分析了电动汽车规模化发展对电网企业运营效益方面的影响,主要包括经济效益、社会效益及环境效益,研究结果表明电网企业参与电动汽车充电设施建设运营是可行的;4、基于SWOT分析结果和发展路径,对电网企业参与电动汽车规模化发展的应对策略进行了探讨,包括充电基础设施布点建设、充电设施运营模式及多元业务发展等在内的四个模块,初步形成了电网企业参与电动汽车用电服务市场运营的体系架构。 通过利用定量和定性两种手段分析电动汽车规模化发展对电网企业运营的影响,本文对于如何推动电动汽车产业发展,形成适用于我国电动汽车产业与电网企业协调发展的设施规划、运营模式及多方支撑等具有较强的理论与现实意义。
[Abstract]:Due to the energy crisis and environmental pollution, energy conservation and consumption reduction, reducing the dependence on fossil fuels has become an urgent problem in the world. Under this background, "electricity instead of oil, high energy efficiency". The electric vehicle which is famous for its low noise has become the object of pursuit all over the world, and vigorously developing the electric vehicle industry has become the inevitable choice for the automotive industry in the next several ten years. This is the power grid enterprise as the electric power supplier of the electric vehicle. Therefore, the influence of the scale development of electric vehicles on the power grid in the future is studied, especially the impact of large-scale charging of electric vehicles on the operation of power grid enterprises. And find out the feasible countermeasures, which has important reference value for the grid enterprises to make better decision in the future electric vehicle industry chain participation mode. Based on this, this paper from the future electric vehicle industry will achieve large-scale development point of view, analysis of its impact on the grid operation, mainly including the following four parts. 1, analysis of the electric vehicle industry development trend. The research status of electric vehicle and its charging facilities is described in detail. 2. Referring to the common SWOT analysis method in operation and management, the paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of electric vehicle in the development of electric vehicle scale. In order to determine the power grid enterprises to participate in the electric vehicle electricity service market development path; 3. On the basis of qualitative analysis, the influence of the scale development of electric vehicle on the operation benefit of power grid enterprise is analyzed by quantitative means, including economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit. The results show that it is feasible for power grid enterprises to participate in the construction and operation of electric vehicle charging facilities. 4. Based on the results of SWOT analysis and the development path, the paper discusses the countermeasures of power grid enterprises to participate in the large-scale development of electric vehicles, including the construction of charging infrastructure layout. The four modules, including the operation mode of charging facilities and the development of multiple services, have initially formed the system framework for grid enterprises to participate in the operation of electric vehicle power service market. Through the use of quantitative and qualitative means to analyze the impact of the scale development of electric vehicles on the operation of power grid enterprises, this paper is about how to promote the development of electric vehicle industry. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to form the facility planning, operation mode and multi-support for the coordinated development of electric vehicle industry and power grid enterprises in China.
