创新方式选择的影响因素分析

【摘要】：创新对经济增长、生产率、出口、竞争力等具有正面影响。制造业企业对国民经济和社会发展贡献巨大,而有关我国制造业企业创新方式选择问题的实证研究,受到关注较少。本文通过采用来自广东肇庆国家高新区制造业企业的调查数据,使用OLS和Poisson回归方法,控制了所有制、行业等变量后,实证检验了影响企业创新方式选择的关键因素,研究发现,人才资源和创新信息源对制造业企业的创新方式选择具有统计上显著的正面影响。本文还发现,企业规模对制造业企业的创新方式选择也有统计上显著的正面影响。
[Abstract]:Innovation on economic growth, productivity, export, has a positive effect on competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. A great contribution to the national economy and social development, and the empirical study on the problem of manufacturing innovation industry enterprises in China, received less attention. By using the survey data from the national hi tech Zone, Guangdong Zhaoqing manufacturing enterprises, the use of OLS and Poisson regression method, the control of ownership, industry and other variables, the empirical test of the key factors that affect the enterprise innovation mode selection research, innovation talent resources and innovation of the manufacturing enterprise information source selection has a statistically significant positive effect. This paper also found that the choice of innovation mode of manufacturing enterprise scale enterprises have a significant positive impact.
