【摘要】:21世纪,物流将成为一个重要的经济增长点。随着经济的发展,现代企业激烈的竞争使得产品的成本和利润变得非常透明,企业的利润空间越来越小,我国白酒企业面临的形势更加严峻。白酒企业若想能够快速的走出低迷,适应市场环境的变化,以提升企业的市场竞争力,必须加强销售物流系统建设、合理提升配送能力、改善客户服务水平。 本文为提高白酒企业销售物流的配送服务能力,对车辆的运输路径问题(Vehicle Routing Problems,VRP)进行了优化研究。销售物流配送过程中,运力的浪费、配送路线的错误选择、货物的配送差错和损坏等问题不仅影响配送效率,造成配送成本增加,而且严重影响企业的客户服务水平。为了解决这些问题,本文在阐述了物流配送规划相关理论的基础上,介绍了配送车辆路径优化问题的相关算法,,通过分析各种算法的适用性,对比选择了C-W节约算法,针对客户对配送货物送达时间要求更加严格的情况,并C-W节约算法进行了改进,加入了时间窗约束和惩罚系数,使其能够解决有时间窗的车辆路径问题(Vehicle Routing Problems with Time Windows,VRPTW)。最后,以内蒙古顺鑫宁城老窖酒业有限公司为例进行了实例研究,通过调研了解其销售物流配送系统的实际问题,获得了相关的数据资料,采用改进的有时间窗约束的C-W节约算法对公司的销售物流配送车辆路径进行了优化,对运输车辆进行了合理分配,调整了配送周期,结果显示优化后的配送线路进行了合理划分,与优化前相比车辆的满载率、实载率明显提高和运输总里程缩短,货物的送达时间能够满足各个零售商的要求,最终获得了满意的销售物流配送方案,从而验证了改进的节约算法的实用性和可行性。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century, the logistics will become an important economic growth point. With the development of economy, the modern enterprise competition makes the cost and profit of products become very transparent, enterprise profit space more and more small, facing China's liquor business more serious situation. If the liquor companies can quickly adapt to the changing market environment out of recession., to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises, we must strengthen the construction of sales logistics system, rational distribution capabilities to enhance and improve the customer service level.
In order to improve the liquor business sales logistics capability of distribution services, transportation of the vehicle routing problem (Vehicle Routing, Problems, VRP) was studied. In the distribution process, capacity of waste, the wrong selection of distribution route, distribution error and damage of goods not only affects the efficiency of distribution, resulting in the increase of delivery costs, and seriously affect the level of customer service. In order to solve these problems, this article elaborates the logistics planning theory, introduces the related algorithm for distribution vehicle routing optimization problem, through the analysis of the applicability of various algorithms, comparison chose C-W saving algorithm, for the customer to deliver goods delivery time of more stringent requirements the situation, and C-W algorithm is improved, adding time window constraints and penalty coefficient, which can solve the vehicle routing with time windows. Finally, taking Inner Mongolia Shunxin wine limited company ningchenglaojiao carries out a case study of practical problems, the distribution system is understood through research, access to the relevant data, the improved time window constraint C-W algorithm for path distribution the vehicle company is optimized for transport vehicles for a reasonable allocation, adjust the distribution cycle, results show that the optimization of distribution line after a reasonable division, compared with before the optimization of vehicle loading rate, loading rate increased and the total mileage of transport of goods is shortened, the delivery time can meet the various requirements of retailers, eventually the sales logistics scheme is satisfactory, which verifies the feasibility and practicability of modified saving algorithm.
