【摘要】:随着国际形势风云变幻,国防实力的加强、航空产业的发展已经成为国家富强、安全、稳定发展的需要。随着国家将航空产业的发展作为国家发展战略,为国家航空产品快速发展提供了千载难逢的机遇。机遇到来的同时,挑战也接踵而至,过去中国航空工业面对的主要是国内的市场,而今中国航空工业必须面向全球市场,必须和世界航空巨头同台竞争。DA公司,主要生产航空轻型动力及其衍生产品、直升机传动系统、航空传动部件等机械加工产品、工业燃气轮机发电机组、航空机电类产品、铝镁合金铸造和模具产品等,目前面临着在企业快速发展进程中DA公司战略目标如何制定、执行、保障等问题,本文对通过理论工具的应用,对DA公司的战略管理进行了深入研究。 首先,对战略管理发展的历史沿革、最新理论及本文用到的理论工具进行了阐述;其次,本文根据战略管理的相关理论知识,进行了环境分析:运用PEST分析法对宏观环境进行了分析,波特“五力模型”进行了行业结构分析,,对企业内部资源进行了分析,内外部环境分析采用了SWOT分析法;再次,制定了DA公司的公司层、事业部层、职能层的战略;最后,DA公司战略控制的工具采用综合平衡计分卡。
[Abstract]:With the changes of the international situation and the strengthening of national defense strength, the development of aviation industry has become the need of national prosperity, safety and stability. With the development of aviation industry as a national development strategy. It provides a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the rapid development of national aviation products. At the same time, the opportunities come, and the challenges come one after another. In the past, China's aviation industry mainly faced the domestic market. Now the Chinese aviation industry must face the global market, must compete with the world aviation giant. DA company, mainly produces the aviation light power and its derivative product, the helicopter transmission system. Aviation transmission parts and other mechanical processing products, industrial gas turbine generator sets, aviation electromechanical products, aluminum magnesium alloy casting and mold products, etc. At present, faced with the problem of how to formulate, execute and guarantee the strategic goal of DA Company in the process of rapid development of enterprises, this paper makes an in-depth study on the strategic management of DA Company through the application of theoretical tools. First of all, the history of the development of strategic management, the latest theory and the theoretical tools used in this paper are expounded. Secondly, according to the relevant theoretical knowledge of strategic management, this paper analyzes the environment: using PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment, Porter "five forces model" for the industry structure analysis. The internal resources of the enterprise are analyzed, and the SWOT analysis method is used in the analysis of the internal and external environment. Thirdly, the strategy of the company level, the division level and the function level of DA company is established. Finally, the strategy control tool of DA adopts integrated balanced scorecard.
