【摘要】：本文在国内外对于综合管理体系研究的基础上，进一步研究了以质量管理体系（ISO9001）、环境管理体系（ISO14001）和国际安全评级体系（ISRS）三体系为主要内容的综合管理体系。 本文重点讲述了综合管理体系在A公司的构建和实施过程。A公司结合企业运作框架联系公司实际情况，建立了以质量管理体系为框架、以环境管理体系、国际安全评级体系以及企业运营的核心流程、支援流程和管理流程为主要内容的综合管理体系模型，并根据三个管理体系的文件构成整合出综合管理体系的文件结构和文件内容。 综合管理体系模型提出后，本文以该综合管理体系在A公司中国区的建立过程和运行效果进行可行性验证。 国际安全评级体系（ISRS）是一个在石油和化工行业广泛应用的以损失控制为基础的管理体系，，本文通过对其与质量管理体系和环境管理体系的整合并通过案例进行验证，希望能够以此对那些希望进行ISRS和ISO体系整合的企业/组织提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the research on the comprehensive management system at home and abroad, this paper further studies the quality management system (ISO9001). ISO14001) and ISRS (International Safety rating system) are the main contents of the integrated management system. This paper focuses on the construction and implementation process of the integrated management system in company A. A company combined with the operational framework of the company to connect with the actual situation of the company, set up a quality management system as the framework, environmental management system. International safety rating system and the core process of enterprise operation, support process and management process as the main content of the integrated management system model. The document structure and contents of the integrated management system are integrated according to the documents of the three management systems. After the model of integrated management system is put forward, this paper verifies the feasibility of the establishment process and operation effect of the integrated management system in the China area of A Company. ISRS (International Safety rating system) is a management system based on loss control which is widely used in petroleum and chemical industry. Through the integration with the quality management system and the environmental management system, and through the case verification. I hope this can be used as a reference for those enterprises / organizations that wish to integrate ISRS and ISO systems.
