众康医药公司库存管理问题及对策研究

【摘要】：医药行业是关系到人民的生命健康、社会和谐以及经济发展的一个重要的行业,自我国改革开放以来,医药行业发生了巨大变化,特别在医药的流通取得显著发展。然而,放眼我国医药流通企业的发展现状,却存在着不容忽视的众多问题。最大的问题就是医药流通企业的库存问题。因为,我国医药流通企业大都采取传统的库存控制方法对公司库存进行管理,所使用的方法和策略都比较落后,存在严重缺陷。另外,这些公司采取的库存管理方法适用于单个企业,没能从供应链的角度看待公司库存问题,这正是为什么医药流通企业很难在市场竞争中取得优势,因此必须从公司和供应链两个视角出发对库存管理进行改革,扬长避短,提高管理水平,最终实现提升整个供应链的运行效率,这正是目前库存管理研究的重中之重。本文就医药企业的现实库存管理问题,原因及应对之策进行了分析和研究。本文主要采用了分析与实证相结合,来解决医药企业实际库存控制问题。本文是针对医药公司库存存在问题并提出优化策略研究的论文。在参阅大量关于库存理论方面的文献和诸多医药公司库存管理的基础上,运用供应链思想和先进的库存控制方法,通过对众康医药公司深入的认识和考察,在公司和供应链的视角下深入分析众康医药公司库存管理现状、存在的问题及原因分析。在分析众康医药公司库存存在问题的基础上,依托众康医药公司的库存管理目标,进行了两个视角下的库存控制方法的选择,意图通过这两种库存控制方法解决众康医药的库存难题,进而是这两种方法在众康医药公司的实施过程及实施效果。最后是论文的结论和展望。
[Abstract]:Pharmaceutical industry is an important industry related to people's health, social harmony and economic development. Since China's reform and opening up, the pharmaceutical industry has undergone tremendous changes. Especially in the circulation of medicine has made remarkable development. However, looking at the current situation of pharmaceutical circulation enterprises in China, there are many problems that can not be ignored. The biggest problem is the inventory problem of pharmaceutical circulation enterprises. Most of the pharmaceutical circulation enterprises in our country take the traditional inventory control method to manage the company's inventory, the methods and strategies used are relatively backward, and there are serious defects. The inventory management method adopted by these companies is suitable for individual enterprises and fails to look at the issue of company inventory from the perspective of supply chain, which is why it is difficult for pharmaceutical circulation enterprises to gain an advantage in the market competition. Therefore, it is necessary to reform inventory management from the perspectives of company and supply chain, to improve the management level and to improve the efficiency of the whole supply chain. This is the most important of the current research on inventory management. This paper analyzes and studies the real inventory management problems, reasons and countermeasures of pharmaceutical enterprises. This paper mainly adopts the combination of analysis and empirical analysis. To solve the actual pharmaceutical enterprises inventory control problem. This paper is aimed at the problems existing in the inventory of pharmaceutical companies and puts forward the research of optimization strategy. On the basis of referring to a large number of literature on inventory theory and inventory management of many pharmaceutical companies. By using the thought of supply chain and the advanced inventory control method, through the in-depth understanding and investigation of Zhongkang Pharmaceutical Company, this paper analyzes the current situation of inventory management of Zhongkang Pharmaceutical Company from the perspective of the company and the supply chain. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems in the inventory of Zhongkang Pharmaceutical Company, and relying on the inventory management objectives of Zhongkang Pharmaceutical Company, this paper makes the choice of inventory control methods from two perspectives. This paper intends to solve the inventory problem of Zhonghang Pharmaceutical by these two inventory control methods, and then the implementation process and effect of these two methods in Zhongkang Pharmaceutical Company. Finally, the conclusion and prospect of the paper are given.
