中国矿产资源进出口贸易及其影响研究

【摘要】：矿产资源是国民经济生产建设的基础支柱之一，是现代社会人们的生产和生活都离不开的物质保障。当前，中国正处于四化建设的关键时期，矿产资源消耗日益增加，供需日趋紧张。近年来，中国每年都要从国外大量进口石油、铁矿石等紧缺矿产资源，，进口价格不断上涨，对外依赖程度居高不下；而稀土、钨、锡等优势矿产资源却一直大量廉价出口，在国际市场上未能发挥垄断优势，严重威胁到中国的经济安全。尽管现在优势矿产资源出口价格已出现上涨势头，但仍未摆脱出口困境。因此，研究中国矿产资源进出口贸易状况及其对经济的影响具有重要的意义。本文在研究矿产资源进出口贸易相关理论的基础上，首先分析了中国紧缺矿产资源进口和优势矿产资源出口贸易现状，并指出了存在的问题。然后，对紧缺矿产资源进口和优势矿产资源出口贸易对经济的影响进行深入研究。通过选取进口价格、进口数量、出口价格和出口数量作为自变量，中国GDP增长率、居民消费价格指数、进口总额、出口总额和社会固定资产投资作为因变量，建立向量自回归模型，分别对紧缺矿产资源进口价格和进口量以及优势矿产资源出口价格和出口量对经济的影响进行实证研究，并得出了结论：在紧缺矿产资源进口贸易和优势矿产资源出口贸易中，进口价格和进口数量的上升、出口价格的下降和出口数量的增加都会带来GDP增长率和社会固定资产投资的下降，居民消费价格指数的上涨，通货膨胀压力的加大，贸易顺差进一步缩小，国际收支不平衡加剧等不利影响。最后，借鉴国外经验，提出了实施多元化战略、提高产业集中度、加快行业协会建设、建立战略储备制度和开发海外资源等优化中国矿产资源进出口贸易的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Mineral resources is one of the basic pillars of the construction of the production in the national economy, is the modern society people's production and life all cannot do without the material guarantee. At present, China is in a critical period of modernization, the consumption of mineral resources is increasing, supply and demand is becoming increasingly tense. In recent years, China every year to import large quantities of oil from abroad, iron ore such as the shortage of mineral resources, import prices continue to rise, the degree of dependence on foreign high; rare earth, tungsten, tin and other mineral resources advantage has been a large number of cheap exports, failed to play monopoly advantage in the international market, a serious threat to Chinese economic security. Although it has appeared the superiority of mineral resources export prices rising momentum, but has yet to get rid of export difficulties. Therefore, it is important to study the mineral resources Chinese import and export trade situation and its impact on the economy.
Based on the study of mineral resources import and export trade theory, firstly analyzes the shortage of mineral resources China import and export trade status of preponderant mineral resources, and points out the problems. Then, in-depth study of impact on imports of scarce mineral resources and mineral resources export trade to economy. By choosing the price of imports, imports the number of export price and quantity as the independent variable, Chinese GDP growth rate, the consumer price index, total imports, exports and investment in fixed assets as the dependent variable, the establishment of vector autoregressive model, an empirical study on the influence of scarce mineral resources import price and quantity as well as the advantages of mineral resources export price and export volume on the economy, and draws the conclusion: in the mineral resources scarce mineral resources import trade and export trade advantage, import prices and The quantity of imports increased, decreased with increasing decline in the number of export and export prices will bring GDP growth rate and social investment in fixed assets, the consumer price index to rise, increase inflationary pressures, the trade surplus narrowed, the imbalance of international payments exacerbate adverse effects. Finally, learn from foreign experience, put forward the implementation of diversification strategy, improve industrial concentration, accelerate the construction of industry associations, the establishment of strategic reserve system and development of overseas resources and Countermeasures to optimize the mineral resources Chinese import and export trade.
