【摘要】：中国地质调查事业在过去一百年的发展中取得许多举世瞩目的成就，为社会经济的发展做出巨大贡献，其标志性开端可以追溯到1913年成立的北京政府工商部地质调查所。在其后的30多年里，中国地质调查工作不断开拓，初具规模，以其优良的学术氛围和坚定的科学精神以及高瞻远瞩的发展模式，为新中国地质工作建设与发展打下良好基础，培养出一批优秀的人才。在早期地质调查所走出的200余人中，有49位成为两院院士。新中国成立后的50年间，整个中国的地质调查随着社会的发展起起落落，几经波折，经历了快速发展时期、大跃进时期、文化大革命时期和改革开放时期。1999年4月，，国家正式提出将公益性地质调查工作与商业性地质调查工作分开运行，并与同年成立中国地质调查局，组织和实施国家基础性、公益性、战略性地质和矿产勘查工作。地质调查局成立以来，统一管理国家公益性地质调查队伍，为国民经济和社会发展提供地质基础信息资料，并向社会提供公益性服务，圆满完成了为期12年的国土资源大调查工作。 2012年是中国地质调查事业发展100周年。本文对百年来中国地质调查事业工作进行系统梳理，以中国地质调查事业百年发展史为主线，以公益性为特点的基础地质调查事业发展为内容，按照时间发展顺序进行整理综述，将其分为1913-1950年、1950-1999年、1999-2012年三个大的时间段，并对每个时期的发展特征进行总结，探讨其在地质调查事业整体发展的作用、历史影响和社会意义，做到“以史为鉴，面向未来”。1950年以前，地质调查工作中优良的学术作风、开明的培养政策以及频繁的国际协作为地质事业早期的发展奠定了良好的基础；随着社会发展，在第二时期，地质工作规模迅速扩大，为国民经济发展和国家建设发挥基础作用，并形成了“三光荣”、“四特别”的行业精神；在新时期，随着科技的进步和多学科的发展，中国地质调查工作取得巨大成就，形成了更为规范的工作要求和技术手段，实现了精神文明与物质文明的双丰收。在此基础上，还着重对各个时期的地质工作特点进行一个比较研究，通过研究对早期科学精神的传承、地质工作发展的规律、以及地质工作步调调整等问题进行探讨，以期为更好地建设公益性地质工作文化和促进整个地质事业发展起到积极作用。
[Abstract]:Chinese geological survey has made many remarkable achievements in the past one hundred years of development, has made a tremendous contribution to the development of social economy, its iconic beginning can be traced back to the government of Beijing Ministry of industry and Commerce geological survey which was founded in 1913. Over the next 30 years, China geological survey work continues to develop, take shape, with its excellent the academic atmosphere and strong scientific spirit and development model to look far ahead from a high plane, a good basis for the construction and development of new Chinese geological work lay, cultivate a group of outstanding talent. In the early geological survey out of more than 200 people, there are 49 academicians.
