【摘要】:由于核电是一种技术成熟的清洁能源,不会造成对大气的污染,在当今国际社会普遍重视环境保护的形势下,积极推进核电建设,是我国能源建设的一项重要政策。 核电产业发展中的关键环节是实现我国核电设计自主化以及核电设备制造自主化,而这需要技术创新、消化吸收、自主研发等能力的培养和积淀,技术的竞争归根到底是人力资源的竞争,具备高素质的人力资源队伍是企业实现自主研发、技术创新的基础。同时,由于核电企业具有科技含量高、专业性强以及核安全方面的严格要求等特点,必须保障核电企业人力资源队伍的素质和水准。其中,高效的培训体系则是提升核电企业人力资源队伍的水准和能力的关键环节。 CNP公司作为我国核电产业中的重点企业之一,在公司中长期发展战略规划中,明确了公司的发展远景是打造国际一流核电AE公司,使公司的产品和服务品质在业内拥有良好的口碑。这就意味着企业自主研发和技术创新能力的提升,而核心竞争力的壮大必须以人力资源队伍素质的提升为基础,培训体系则是提升人力资源素质的重要途径。 结合作者多年的工作实践,论文选取了CNP公司培训体系问题为研究对象,将系统化培训方法应用到CNP公司的培训管理中。论文的研究主要包括以下方面的内容: 首先,对国内外人力资源培训的相关理论及研究现状进行梳理和分析,,掌握目前人力资源培训的研究前沿,为论文的研究提供理论的支撑,在此基础上,选取系统化培训方法作为论文后续分析的视角,对其发展脉络、特点以及内容等进行详细的介绍; 然后,立足于企业实践,在对CNP公司的培训状况进行深入细致的调查研究和分析的基础上,归纳其培训中存在的突出问题,在此基础上,提出培训体系改进的方向和目标; 最后,基于系统化培训方法构建CNP公司的系统化培训体系,探讨CNP公司系统化培训体系的基本构架、主要模块、支撑系统、实施流程等,并通过阶段性实施效果对比分析系统化培训体系的成效。
[Abstract]:Because nuclear power is a mature technology of clean energy, it will not cause air pollution. In today's international community's attention to environmental protection, actively promoting nuclear power construction is an important policy for energy construction in China.
The key link in the development of nuclear power industry in China is to realize the design of nuclear power nuclear power equipment manufacturing independence and autonomy, which requires technological innovation, digestion and absorption, accumulation and cultivation of independent research and development ability, after all the competition is the competition of human resources, with high quality human resources team is the enterprise realizes the independent research and development foundation technology innovation. At the same time, due to the nuclear power enterprises with high technological content, strong professional and nuclear safety aspects of the strict requirements and other characteristics, we must safeguard the human resources team of nuclear power enterprise. Its quality and level, efficient training system is the key link to promote the human resources team of nuclear power enterprise level and ability.
CNP company is one of the key enterprises in China's nuclear power industry, in the company's long-term strategic development plan, clearly the development vision of the company is to build a world-class nuclear power company AE, the company's products and service quality has a good reputation in the industry. This means that the enterprise independent research and development and technological innovation capability. The core competitiveness of the growth must enhance the quality of human resources team based training system is an important way to improve the quality of human resources.
Combined with the author's many years of work experience, this paper selects CNP company training system as the research object, and applies the systematic training method to the training management of CNP company.
First, sort out and analyze the status quo of domestic and international relevant theory of human resources training and research, to grasp the current human resources training research, to provide theoretical support for the thesis, on the basis of selecting systematic training methods as the follow-up analysis perspective, the historical evolution, characteristics and content in detail introduction;
Then, on the basis of in-depth investigation and analysis of the training status of CNP company, the paper summarizes the outstanding problems in training, and then puts forward the direction and goal of training system improvement.
Finally, based on systematic training method, a systematic training system of CNP company is constructed. The basic framework, main modules, supporting system and implementation process of CNP's systematic training system are discussed, and the effectiveness of systematic training system is comparatively analyzed through phased implementation effect.
