【摘要】：近几年,国内的汽车市场持续升温,汽车的产销量从2009年开始跃居到了全球第一位。汽车零部件行业的也随之繁荣,大批的国外汽车零部件企业进入国内。汽车零部件行业内部的竞争也日趋激烈,汽车零部件企业如何在众多的对手中占据市场,这就需要提供满足客户要求的产品,达到这个目标不仅需要拥有世界先进的开发技术而且需要合理有效的质量策划来对开发流程进行管控。产品的先期质量策划目前已经在汽车零部件行业普及。它运用结构化的方法,用来确保产品使顾客满意所需的步骤,并确保每一个步骤按时完成。A公司是一家德资企业,在A公司目前所运行的项目中,大部分是以本土化项目的形式而存在。本文通过先期质量策划在A公司本土化项目上的运用,阐述了A公司如何对本土化项目的开发进行质量策划。首先,针对论题,提出了项目质量管理和质量策划的概念。其次,对A公司的概况进行了介绍,并对A公司本土化项目的特点和存在的问题进行了分析。然后,通过先期质量策划在A公司本土化项目上的实际运用流程进行了分析。最后,总结了先期质量策划在A公司本土化项目上运用的效果和不足,同时对先期质量策划在本土化项目上运用的前景进行了展望。对于A公司的本土化项目而言,最大的特殊性在于设计和生产在不同的区域。通过本论文的研究说明,先期质量策划有效的应用可以使本土化项目的运行更加稳定,最大化的减小由于设计和生产在不同地域所造成的问题,使产品满足客户的要求,提高客户的满意度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the domestic auto market continues to heat up, auto production and sales began to jump to the first place in the world since 2009, and the auto parts industry has also flourished. A large number of foreign auto parts enterprises enter the country. The competition within the auto parts industry is becoming more and more fierce. How do auto parts enterprises occupy the market in many competitors. This requires the provision of products that meet customer requirements. To achieve this goal, we need not only advanced development technology in the world, but also reasonable and effective quality planning to control the development process. Using a structured approach. The steps required to ensure that the product satisfies the customer and that each step is completed on time. A is a German-owned enterprise in the projects currently being run by company A. Most of them exist in the form of localization projects. Through the application of advanced quality planning in the localization projects of A Company, this paper expounds how A Company carries out quality planning for the development of localization projects. First of all. Aiming at the topic, the concept of project quality management and quality planning is put forward. Secondly, the general situation of company A is introduced, and the characteristics and existing problems of localization project of company A are analyzed. Through the analysis of the actual application process of the advanced quality planning in the localization project of A company, the paper summarizes the effect and deficiency of the application of the advance quality planning in the localization project of A company. At the same time, the prospect of the application of the advanced quality planning in the localization project is prospected. The greatest particularity lies in the design and production in different regions. Through the study of this paper, the effective application of the advanced quality planning can make the operation of the localization project more stable. Minimize the problems caused by design and production in different regions, make the products meet the requirements of customers and improve customer satisfaction.
