火电企业生态补偿标准的确定——基于环境会计视角

【摘要】：自20世纪90年代以来,生态补偿不仅限于理论层面,各地区相继进入了实践阶段,因此相关专家学者对生态补偿现象作了大量的案例调查和研究。我国的生态补偿实践主要是在流域、森林、矿产资源方面展开,且大部分的研究都是站在宏观层面,很少涉及微观企业层面生态补偿标准的探讨。文章以火力发电企业为例,从微观企业的角度出发,运用防护费用法、影子工程法、机会成本法计量测算火电企业应承担的生态补偿标准。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, the ecological compensation is not limited to the theoretical level, the region has entered the practical stage, so the relevant experts and scholars on the ecological compensation phenomenon is studied and a large number of case investigation. Ecological compensation practice in China is mainly in the watershed, forest, mineral resources aspects, and most of them are standing in the macro to investigate the level, rarely involved in the micro enterprise level standard of ecological compensation. Based on the thermal power enterprises as an example, starting from the micro enterprise perspective, using the protection cost method, shadow engineering method, the standard of ecological compensation should bear the measuring meter of thermal power enterprises the opportunity cost method.
