【摘要】:正由中国石油天然气管道局天津设计院(以下简称天津设计院)设计完成的国内首座深水天然气陆上处理终端——珠海高栏终端,于2014年5月30日全面投产。这对于我国海洋油气开发具有里程碑意义。该项目共有8项指标创国内第一,分别为:该终端是国内第一座深水天然气处理终端,国内天然气处理规模最大、装置最复杂、设计理念最先进的海上油气陆岸处理终端,丙烷收率最高(99%),天然气进出站压力最高(7.0~9.0mPa),设计工况最复杂(进站二氧化碳组分波动范围介于4.9%~7.6%),采用国内所能加工制造最大容积的球罐(4 000m3丙烷球罐)的陆上天然气处理终端。同时,这个终端天然气处理装置丙烷收率、单位综合能耗两项指标达到国际领先水平。
[Abstract]:China National Petroleum Pipeline Bureau Tianjin Design Institute (hereinafter referred to as Tianjin Design Institute) design completed the first deep-water natural gas onshore processing terminal-Zhuhai Gaolan terminal. It was put into production in May 30th 2014, which is a milestone for the development of offshore oil and gas in China. The project has 8 indexes and is the first in China. Respectively: the terminal is the first deep-water natural gas processing terminal in China, the domestic natural gas processing scale is the largest, the device is the most complex, the most advanced design concept of offshore oil and gas shore processing terminal. The highest yield of propane is 99%, the pressure of natural gas entering and leaving station is the highest, and the design condition is the most complex (the fluctuation range of carbon dioxide component of entering station is between 4.9% and 7.6%). The onshore natural gas treatment terminal is used to process and manufacture the largest volume spherical tank (4 000 m3 propane spherical tank) in China. At the same time, the propane yield of the terminal natural gas treatment unit is obtained. The two indexes of unit comprehensive energy consumption reach the international leading level.
