【摘要】：胜利油田开发已经进入中后期,开发的难度逐渐加大,胜利油田在学习借鉴其它兄弟单位好的经验做法的同时,探索适合本单位发展的原油生产管理方法,加强油田标准化、数字化管理,提高原油生产运行日常管理水平,减少经济损失维护油田利益,提高职工劳动积极性,增强油田重点生产动态分析能力,缩短突发事件反应时间等就显得尤为重要。本文立足于胜利油田生产管理系统实际,简要介绍胜利油田生产管理系统运行情况及效果,在查阅大量参考文献和当今数字化企业建设发展进程等基础上,分析目前该系统存在的问题。针对问题进行深入剖析,将国内传统管理模式和现代管理模式相比较,利用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,对比长庆油田的生产管理经验,提出胜利油田生产管理系统优化的“四化”建设构想,即:标准化设计、模块化建设、标准化采购、信息化提升,坚持“先进性、系统性、继承性、开放性、创新性、实用性”的工作原则,集成优化传统石油工程工艺技术,融合自动化、智能化、数字化等现代化手段,最大限度实现对生产运行全过程的实时监控、远程管控、平台化集成、专业化管理,实现少投入、低成本、高水平、高效益。并及时跟踪生产管理的过程和效果,不断优化胜利油田生产系统,形成一套标准化、数字化的生产管理体系,为提高胜利油田生产经营效益提供了坚实保障。

This paper is based on the production management system of Shengli Oilfield are introduced in Shengli oilfield production management system of operation and effect, in a large number of references and the construction and development of the digital business process on the basis of analysis of the existing problems of the system. To conduct in-depth analysis of issues, domestic traditional and modern management Model comparison, using the method of combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research, comparison of Changqing oilfield production management experience, the Shengli oilfield production management system optimization of the "four modernizations" construction, namely: standardized design, modular construction, standardized procurement, improve information technology, adhere to the "advanced, systematic, inheritance, open, innovative, practical work principle", integrated optimization technology, the traditional petroleum engineering integration automation, intelligent, digital and other modern means to achieve real-time monitoring of the whole process of production and operation, the maximum distance control, platform integration, professional management, implementation of less input, low cost, high the level of high efficiency. And follow up the process and effect of production management, constantly optimize the production system in Shengli Oilfield, the formation of a set of standardized, digital production management system, in order to improve the production and management of Shengli Oilfield The benefits provide a solid guarantee.
