【摘要】:“多元化”战略是由美国著名的管理学家安索夫(H. I. Ansoff)于上世纪50年代提出的,是指一个企业同时生产和提供两种以上经济用途不同的产品或服务的一种经营战略,也称多样化或多角化经营,是企业发展到一定阶段,为寻求长远发展而采取的一种成长或扩张行为。 本文作者利用所学管理知识,仔细分析了我国及国际轨道交通装备制造的现状及发展趋势,认真分析总结了兰州机车公司发展面临的主要问题和多元化战略的历史经验教训。作者充分利用"PEST"、"Porter"、"SWOT"等多种分析模型,对兰州机车公司所处的内外部宏观及微观环境进行了分析研究,阐述了公司多元化战略面临的有利及不利因素。在此基础上,作者对兰州机车公司实施多元化战略的必要性、可行性进行了认真分析研究,提出了今后五年公司多元化战略模式选择、战略目标及采取的举措。同时,作者还利用波士顿矩阵,对公司各业务板块子战略选择进行了分析,并深刻剖析了实施多元化战略面临的各种风险,从完善体制机制、持续改进管理、加快技术创新、人力资源保障、企业文化建设等多方面提出了风险控制和多元化保障措施,明确了兰州机车公司今后五年的战略选择。 作者在力求解答兰州机车公司今后五年的战略制定及实施方案的同时,试图对我国其他轨道交通装备制造业的发展战略研究提供参考。
[Abstract]:The "diversification" strategy is a famous American management expert Ansoff (H. I. Ansoff) is proposed in the last century in 50s, is a business strategy of an enterprise and production and provide more than two kinds of different economic use of the product or service, also known as the diversified or diversification business, is the enterprise development to a certain stage, a growth or expansion to seek long-term development.
In this paper, the author use the knowledge management knowledge, careful analysis of the current situation and development trend of domestic and international rail transportation equipment manufacturing, summarizing the experiences and lessons of history and the main problems facing the diversification strategy of Lanzhou locomotive company development. The author makes full use of the "PEST", "Porter", "SWOT" and other analysis model. Located in Lanzhou Locomotive Company's internal and external macro and micro environment analysis, elaborated the advantageous and disadvantageous factors facing the company's diversification strategy. Based on this, the necessity to implement diversification strategy of Lanzhou Locomotive Company, feasibility study, put forward in the next five years the company's diversification strategy choice model and the strategic objectives and measures. At the same time, the author also use the Boston matrix, on the company the business sector sub strategic choice are analyzed, and deep analysis of the implementation of the multi The risks faced by the meta strategy are put forward from the aspects of improving the system and mechanism, improving the management continuously, speeding up the technological innovation, ensuring the human resources, and building the enterprise culture, etc., and put forward the risk control and diversification guarantee measures, and make clear the strategic choice of Lanzhou locomotive company in the next five years.
The author tries to answer the strategic formulation and implementation plan of Lanzhou Locomotive Company in the next five years, and tries to provide references for other rail transit equipment manufacturing development strategies in China.
