【摘要】：矿业项目的投资风险在矿业项目的投资筹划、实施过程中是客观存在的,它直接影响着矿业项目投资的成败。如何评估矿业项目投资风险高低，对有效进行矿业项目投资至关重要。在全球资源日益紧缺的今天，如何更好地去海外寻找“资源基地”，落实“走出去”战略，扩充我国的能源矿产储备是我们现阶段的目标。由于目标国矿业投资环境的不确定性，而如何正视由此产生的风险就成为我们不能忽视的问题。本文的研究区坦桑尼亚自然条件优越，地域广阔，自然资源和文化遗产较为丰富。近年来政局比较稳定，社会安定，又是世界贸易组织和多个区域化经济组织的成员国，市场潜力很大。同时作为东非共同体成员国之一，其优越的地理位置是进一步向周边国家辐射的良好条件，因而投资坦桑尼亚更有其战略意义。本文首先利用第二章对坦桑尼亚的矿业投资环境进行了介绍、论述、分析。通过第三章以及第四章对矿业投资、矿业投资风险和矿业投资环境概念进行了系统的介绍与梳理。从风险管理的理论范围研究开始，，深入探讨矿业投资项目风险的特殊性。研究分析了矿业投资项目投资风险的识别以及估计、评价的方法，投资风险因素识别方法和准则。第五章通过层次分析法构建风险指标评价体系，在MATLAB软件平台计算坦桑尼亚矿业投资时可能产生的风险权重。利用模糊判断，综合分析风险权重大小，为投资决策提供依据。第六章对我国在坦桑尼亚未来的投资做出前景分析。文章在收集和翻译大量资料的基础上，总结前人宝贵经验，根据坦桑尼亚自身的优势条件，以及与我国友好外交关系，初步认为坦桑尼亚在目前的大环境之下，是我国在境外良好的“资源储备基地”。通过风险评价体系的构建，分析以及隶属度的计算，表明坦桑尼亚矿业投资环境的风险较高。综合讨论计算结果与我国海外矿业投资的经验教训后，给予未来在坦桑尼亚从事矿业投资的投资者一些意见和建议。
[Abstract]:Mining project investment risk in mining project investment planning is an objective existence in the implementation process, which directly affects the success or failure of mining project investment. How to evaluate the risk of mining project investment is critical to effective mining project investment. In the global resource shortage today, how to go overseas to find "resource base" and the implementation of "going out" strategy to expand China's energy mineral reserves is our goal at this stage. Because of the investment environment of mining target's uncertainty, and how to face the risks become neglected problems we cannot.
The study area of Tanzania superior natural conditions, vast territory, abundant natural resources and cultural heritage. In recent years, the political stability, social stability, and the World Trade Organization and a number of regional economic organization members, a large potential market. At the same time as a member of the East African community, its location is good conditions for further radiation to the neighboring countries, which invest in Tanzania has its strategic significance.
Firstly, the second chapter mining investment environment of Tanzania are introduced and discussed, according to the analysis of the third chapter and the fourth chapter of mining investment, mining investment risk and investment environment of mining industry introduces the concept and combing system. From the beginning of the scope of risk management theory research, special study of mining project investment risk. Research and analysis of the mining investment project investment risk identification, estimation, evaluation method, the risk factor identification method and criterion. The fifth chapter constructs the risk evaluation index system by AHP, possible risk weighting calculation of Tanzania mining investment in the MATLAB software platform. By using the fuzzy comprehensive judgment, analysis of risk weights, provide the basis for for the investment decision. The sixth chapter on China's prospects analysis in Tanzania investment in the future.
Based on a large number of data collection and translation, summing up the valuable experience, according to the advantages of Tanzania itself, and the friendly diplomatic relations in China, it is suggested that Tanzania under the current environment, our country is in the foreign good "resourcereserve base". Through establishing a risk assessment system, and analysis the calculation shows that the degree of membership, higher risk of mining investment environment in Tanzania. The experience and lessons of overseas mining investment comprehensively discusses the calculation results and our country, to engage in mining investment in Tanzania investment in the future some opinions and suggestions.
