青柳热研电子公司企业文化诊断研究

【摘要】:企业文化是企业在市场经济的实践中,逐步形成的为全体员工所认同、遵守、带来本企业特色的价值观念、经营准则、经营作风、企业精神、道德规范、发展目标的总和,其在企业发展过程中发挥着决定性作用,日益受到企业的重视。位于深圳市龙华新区的青柳热研电子公司(以下简称青柳热研电子公司)隶属青柳集团,是一家在深圳经济特区的日资电子制造类高新技术型中小型企业,自2004年成立以来,其企业文化既受到日本企业文化特点(注重忠诚度与执行力,以强权来达到管理的目标)的影响,同时又受到中国文化特别是儒家思想的影响。两种不同国家文化的交汇,促使青柳热研电子公司必须关注推进日本文化的同时如何更好的融入中国式文化,以解决中日文化的差异,促进企业的发展。本文以青柳热研电子公司企业文化诊断为题,运用企业文化诊断相关理论和方法对青柳热研电子公司企业文化现状进行诊断分析,探讨青柳热研电子公司企业文化存在的问题,并提出青柳热研电子公司企业文化建设的策略,以促进企业发展。通过研究,本文认为青柳热研电子公司存在制度文化不完善、不专业,物质文化不够鲜明,行为文化不够规范、精神文化不具体且得不到普遍认可的情况,其根本原因即有公司的管理层重视程度不够,也有外资企业在中国发展的规划目标不明确造成的;通过企业文化诊断对企业文化的发展目标、发展方向和基本对策做出谋划,有利于企业文化建设。对青柳热研电子公司而言,企业要真正步入市场,走出一条发展较快、效益较好、整体素质不断提高、使经济协调发展的路子,就必须深化企业文化建设。
[Abstract]:Enterprise culture is the enterprise in the practice of the market economy, gradually formed by all employees to identify, abide by, bring the characteristics of the enterprise values, business standards, management style, enterprise spirit, moral norms. The sum of development goals plays a decisive role in the process of enterprise development. Qingliu Reyan Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qingliu Reyan Electronics Company) belongs to Qingliu Group. Is a Japanese-funded electronic manufacturing high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, since its establishment in 2004, its corporate culture is not only the characteristics of Japanese corporate culture (focus on loyalty and executive power). At the same time, the influence of Chinese culture, especially Confucianism. In order to solve the cultural differences between China and Japan, the company must pay attention to how to better integrate into Chinese culture while promoting Japanese culture. To promote the development of enterprises. This paper uses the theory and method of enterprise culture diagnosis to diagnose and analyze the current situation of enterprise culture of Qingliureyan Electronics Company. This paper probes into the problems existing in the corporate culture of Qingliureyan Electronics Company, and puts forward the strategies for the construction of the corporate culture of Qingliureyan Electronics Company in order to promote the development of enterprises. This paper thinks that the system culture is imperfect, unprofessional, material culture is not clear enough, behavior culture is not standard, spiritual culture is not specific and can not be universally recognized in Qingliureyan Electronics Company. The fundamental reason is that the management of the company is not enough attention, but also the foreign capital enterprises in China's development planning objectives are not clear. Through the enterprise culture diagnosis to the enterprise culture development goal, the development direction and the basic countermeasure to make the plan, is advantageous to the enterprise culture construction. For Qingliureyan electronic company, the enterprise must enter the market truly. It is necessary to deepen the construction of enterprise culture to find a way of rapid development, better benefit and continuous improvement of overall quality, so that the economy can develop harmoniously.
