智能电网环境效益研究

【摘要】:智能电网作为优化能源资源配置的支撑网络,实施新的能源战略和的重要平台,其研究建设对于调整能源结构、节能减排、应对环境变化都具有重大作用,已经成为世界各国的电力发展选择。对智能电网效益进行研究可以反映其当前发展水平,优化发展方式,为下一步发展提供依据。在充分分析了各国智能电网建设评价模型特点的基础上,发现目前我国智能电网评价体系中缺乏对于其建设带来的环境效益的评价。在低碳经济的大背景下,,对智能电网环境效益的进行研究,目的是为了完善智能电网效益评价体系,为加快我国电网智能化建设提供参考和依据。 本文通过对文献研究和对电网智能化建设效益的分析,首先界定了智能电网环境效益概念,分析了智能电网环境效益的主要影响因素,将其定义为智能电网的节能减排效益和可持续发展效益两方面。然后采用定性分析和定量评价相结合的方法,分别从清洁能源并网带来的节能减排效益,和通过用户需求响应系统构建、电力输送效率的提高、促进电动汽车等方面对智能电网环境效益进行描述,构建智能电网环境效益评价体系。然后使用防护费用法和电热当量法,将环境效益经济化,更加直观的了解从2009年起到2020年,智能电网建设过程中的环境效益变化趋势。最后建立智能电网建设与非智能化建设投资与环境效益对比模型,发现在建设初期电网智能化建设带来的环境效益并不显著,但当建设投资额达到一定数量后,其带来的环境效益将会越来越明显。
[Abstract]:Smart grid as a support network optimization of energy resources, the implementation of an important platform for new energy strategy and the construction of the research for the adjustment of energy structure, energy saving and emission reduction, have major effect to respond to environmental changes, has become the power development of the world. The benefits of smart grid research can reflect the current level of development, optimizing the development of the way, provide the basis for the further development. Based on the full analysis of the characteristics of the smart grid construction evaluation model, found that China's smart grid evaluation system for the construction of the lack of evaluation of the environmental benefits. In the background of low-carbon economy, the study on smart grid environment, objective in order to improve the evaluation system of smart grid efficiency, and provide reference basis for speeding up the construction of smart grid in China.
Based on the literature research and Analysis on the benefit of intelligent power grid construction, firstly defines the environmental benefits of the smart grid concept, analyzes the main influence factors of the smart grid environment, which is defined as the energy saving benefits of smart grid and sustainable development benefit two aspects. Then by the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation of the combination of the the benefit of energy saving and emission reduction, respectively from the clean energy grid brought by the user, and demand response system construction, improve the power transmission efficiency, promote the environmental benefits of the smart grid to describe electric cars, construction of evaluation system of smart grid environment. Then use the cost method and the equivalent electric protection method, the environmental benefits of more. Intuitive understanding from 2009 to 2020, the change trend of environmental benefits in the process of smart grid construction. Finally, the establishment of intelligent power grid construction and A comparison model of non intelligent construction investment and environmental benefits shows that the environmental benefits brought by the intelligent construction of power grid are not significant at the early stage of construction, but when the amount of construction investment reaches a certain number, the environmental benefits brought by it will be more and more obvious.
