【摘要】:建筑业作为国民经济中的支柱产业,在推动我国工业化和城市化进程中扮演了重要的角色。建筑产业对社会经济发展和国民经济总产值增长的贡献随着我国经济建设的持续快速发展和社会固定资产投资持续增长的需要而日益突出。但由于建筑行业的准入机制的问题,进入门槛较低,导致行业内部的竞争非常激烈,大部分建筑企业管理水平不高,也缺乏自身的核心竞争优势,尤其是在建筑业内部,对于中型建筑施工企业来说,既没有特大型施工企业的实力和规模,也缺乏小型施工企业的灵活,他们对于自身以后的发展定位存有一定迷茫。陕西省第四建筑工程公司作为这类企业的典型代表,在自身的生存和发展过程中,如何抓住国民经济发展的机遇,扬长避短,成功制定并实施既能满足市场要求,又能符合企业本身运营实际的发展战略,对公司保持长期、稳定、持续的发展有着重要的意义,也有助于企业在建筑业这个完全竞争的市场中占据一席之地。 本文以陕西省第四建筑工程公司的战略发展研究为主线,结合战略研究文献理论,通过采用PEST模型、波特五力模型和SWOT综合矩阵等分析工具对企业战略的定位和发展进行分析和研究,并根据企业生产经营所处的阶段和内外部环境的特性,提出适合其发展的战略及保障措施。本文旨在为行业的发展作一些探索,并期望对于解决大部分地方的中型建筑企业存在的战略管理问题给予一些实际的借鉴意义。 本文主要分为七部分:第一部分绪论,简要介绍文章的研究背景、意义、国内外研究现状、研究的内容与方法、研究的思路和论文结构;第二部分是企业战略研究的相关文献理论综述,主要包括企业战略概述、战略管理的概念和战略管理的分析工具;第三部分主要采用PEST和行业环境五力模型对公司的外部环境进行分析;第四部分从公司概况、核心竞争力构成要素对公司的内部资源能力进行分析;第五部分根据前面几章的分析对公司发展战略予以定位和选择,包括明确发展战略的使命和目标;第六部分根据拟定的发展战略提出战略实施的主要措施;第七部分结语。
[Abstract]:Construction industry is the pillar industry in the national economy. The contribution of construction industry to the development of social economy and the growth of gross national economic output value along with the sustained and rapid development of economic construction and social fixed assets in China has played an important role in promoting the process of industrialization and urbanization in China. The need for sustained growth in investment has become increasingly prominent, but due to the problems of access mechanisms in the construction industry. The low entry threshold leads to very fierce competition within the industry. Most construction enterprises have low management level and lack their own core competitive advantage, especially in the construction industry. For medium-sized construction enterprises, there is neither the strength and scale of super large construction enterprises, nor the flexibility of small construction enterprises. As a typical representative of this kind of enterprises, how to seize the opportunity of national economic development in the process of their own survival and development. It is of great significance for the company to maintain long-term, stable and sustainable development because it can meet the market requirements and meet the actual development strategy of the enterprise itself. It also helps firms gain a foothold in the construction industry, a fully competitive market. This paper takes the strategic development research of Shaanxi 4th Construction Engineering Company as the main line, combines the strategic research literature theory, and adopts the PEST model. Porter's five-force model and SWOT comprehensive matrix analysis tools to analyze and study the positioning and development of enterprise strategy, and according to the stage of enterprise production and operation and the characteristics of the internal and external environment. Put forward the strategy and safeguard measures suitable for its development. This paper aims to make some exploration for the development of the industry. It also expects to provide some practical reference for solving the problems of strategic management in medium-sized construction enterprises in most places. This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part of the introduction, a brief introduction of the research background, significance, domestic and foreign research status, research content and methods, research ideas and the structure of the paper; The second part is a literature review of enterprise strategy research, mainly including the overview of enterprise strategy, the concept of strategic management and the analysis tools of strategic management; The third part mainly uses the PEST and the industry environment five force model to carry on the analysis to the company's external environment; The 4th part analyzes the internal resource ability of the company from the company's general situation and the elements of the core competence. Part 5th, according to the analysis of the previous chapters, positioning and selection of the company's development strategy, including the clear mission and objectives of the development strategy; Part 6th proposes the main measures for the implementation of the strategy according to the proposed development strategy; 7th conclusion.
