中国稀土贸易定价地位及其成因的实证分析

【摘要】：综合考虑稀土生产与储备地位、价格贸易条件、权商指数的实证解析表明,中国稀土出口价格的上升并不能说明其国际定价地位的提高。对稀土价格影响的定量分析进一步发现,稀土产量和出口量是负面影响因素,稀土市场集中度是贡献最大的正向因素,其次是稀土新材料消费占比和稀土产业结构指数,资源税也具有明显的正面影响。因此,应当改变稀土市场非对称寡头结构、严格资源与环境保护、促进产业链向高端延伸和重视国家财税政策支持等。
[Abstract]:Considering the status of rare earth production and reserve, the terms of trade, the empirical analysis of the power quotient index. The increase in export price of rare earths in China does not explain the improvement of its international pricing status. The quantitative analysis of the impact of rare earths prices further shows that the output and export of rare earths are the negative factors. The market concentration of rare earths is the most positive factor, followed by the consumption of new rare earth materials and the industrial structure index of rare earths, and the resource tax also has a significant positive impact. It is necessary to change the asymmetric oligopoly structure of rare earth market, strictly protect resources and environment, promote the extension of industrial chain to the high end and attach importance to the support of national fiscal and taxation policies.
