【摘要】:二十一世纪是经济全球化高速发展的新时代,在全球化的浪潮下,世界各国之间的经济联系和贸易往来变得越来越紧密和相互依赖。经济全球化的发展催生了市场全球化和和生产全球化的发展,这些变化在为企业带来发展机遇的同时,也带来了新的挑战。面对复杂激烈的全球竞争,如何抓住机遇迎接挑战是当代企业要面临的重要问题,也是发展中的我国汽车产业所面临的棘手问题。 随着经济全球化的不断深入,以及我国市场的逐渐开放,使得我国汽车工业即使在先天起步较晚、缺乏资金和技术上的比较优势的情况下依然获得了蓬勃的发展。其原因就在于,我国汽车企业早已认识到:一个仅在国内市场配置资源的企业是难以与在全球市场上配置资源的企业相竞争的,于是,积极参与全球化的进程,大力推进我国汽车整车出口项目,到国际市场上去寻求更广阔的空间,早已经成为我国汽车企业在后WTO时代的必然选择了。 然而走向国际市场并非易事,更何况我国汽车企业本身就在“先天”优势上存在缺陷。因此,我国汽车企业要想在东道国市场上占有一席之地,站稳脚跟,并非是一件容易的事。国际市场与国内市场的环境非常不同。世界各个国家的经济发展水平差次不齐,文化背景天各一方,消费者的偏好和对于汽车的消费理念也非常不同。再者,国家之间的政治关系、经济关系瞬息万变。这些因素随时可能爆发,成为阻碍我国汽车整车出口项目的风险因素。因此,我国汽车企业在进行整车出口项目的规划阶段应该充分看到这些潜在的风险因素,从而通过理性的选择去规避这些因素。这就需要我国的汽车企业在整车出口项目的前期做好规划的工作,认真分析并研究国际市场的环境,如:政治环境、文化环境、经济环境、科技环境等。只有这样才能深入的了解东道国市场,从而适当的调整经营战略,以迎合东道国的市场,树立起自己的品牌形象,赢得竞争优势。可见,对东道国的市场环境进行分析对于我国汽车汽车进行整车出口项目工作是非常重要的。 本文基于产业的视角,围绕我国自主汽车整车出口项目的影响因素进行深入分析,在写作过程中注重理论与实践的联系,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方式,进行层层深入,从东道国国家层面上寻求我国自主汽车整车出口项目的关键影响因素。为了达到研究目的,本文一共分为五个部分进行研究。在文章的第一部分主要介绍了本文的研究目的、意义和方法等。文章的第二部分则是对我国汽车整车出口项目的相关文献进行了概述。第三部分是本文的定性分析的部分。 我们首先对我国自主汽车整车出口的现状进行描述。然后运用SWOT分析方法对我国汽车整车出口项目的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行定性分析。在此基础上,本文的第四部分选取了我国自主汽车整车出口项目排名前二十的国家从2002年到2012年共计十一年的相关数据进行实证分析,以引力模型和钻石模型作为理论依据,建立多元线性回归模型,运用软件STATA11.0进行回归分析,从而从东道国的国家层面对我国汽车整车出口项目的关键影响因素进行解释。这些因素就是我国汽车整车出口项目的重要的风险构成因子。在文章的最后,我们根据之前的研究,得出结论,提出了相应的建议,并总结的本文写作过程中的不足,对未来的研究提出了展望。 本文旨在通过定性分析与定量分析相结合的方式,从国家层面上找出影响我国汽车整车出口项目的关键因素,并判断其对风险大小的影响程度,从而总结成功的经验和失败的教训。这对于我国自主汽车确保整车出口项目工作的顺利展开,扩大出口,加快国际化进程的步伐,以及提升国际竞争力都具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Twenty-first Century is a new era of rapid development of economic globalization, under the tide of globalization, the world economic connections between countries and trade exchanges have become increasingly close and interdependent. The development of economic globalization has spawned market globalization and production globalization, these changes bring development opportunities for the enterprises at the same time, it also brings new challenges in the face of the complex. The intense global competition, how to seize the opportunities and meet the challenges is an important issue for contemporary enterprises to face the thorny issue of China's automobile industry is facing in the development.
With the deepening of economic globalization, and gradually open the market of our country, the automobile industry in our country even in the late birth started, the lack of comparative advantage in capital and technology of the situation still got rapid development. The reason is that China's automobile enterprises already realized: one only in the domestic market the allocation of resources of the enterprise is difficult and allocation of resources in the global market of enterprises, and actively participate in the process of globalization, and vigorously promote the export of China's automobile vehicle project, to the international market to seek a broader space, has become China's automobile enterprises in the post WTO era of the inevitable choice.
However, the international market is not easy, not to mention China's automobile enterprise itself in the "innate" advantage on defects. Therefore, China's automobile enterprises want to occupy a space for one person, in the host country market foothold, is not an easy thing. Very different from the international market and domestic market environment. All the countries in the world the level of economic development of the jagged, cultural background apart, consumer preferences and consumption concept for the car is also very different. Furthermore, the political relations between countries, the economic relationship is changing rapidly. These factors subject to the outbreak, become the risk factors that hinder China's vehicle exports automobile project. Therefore, China's automobile enterprises should to see these potential risk factors in the planning stages of vehicle export projects, and through the rational choice to avoid these factors. This requires our steam The car companies do a good job planning work in the early stage of vehicle export projects, careful analysis and Study on the international market environment, such as political environment, cultural environment, economic environment, technological environment and so on. The only way to in-depth understanding of the host country market, so as to adjust the business strategy, in order to cater to the host country market, set up their own brand image, win the competitive advantage. Therefore, analysis for China's automobile vehicle export project work is very important to the host country's market environment.
This paper based on the perspective of industry, on the influencing factors of China's automobile vehicle export project independent in-depth analysis, focusing on the relationship between theory and practice in the process of writing, using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, to seek the layers of depth, the key influence factors of vehicle export project of autonomous vehicles in China from the host country level. In order to achieve the research purpose, this paper is divided into five parts. In the first part of the article mainly introduces the purpose of this study, significance and methods. The second part is the overview of related literature on China's automotive vehicle export project. The third part is the analysis of the qualitative part.
We first present situation of China's vehicle exports of autonomous vehicles are described. Then the disadvantages of using advantage, SWOT analysis of China's automobile vehicle export projects, opportunities and threats for qualitative analysis. On this basis, the fourth part of this paper selected relevant data of vehicle export projects our independent car top twenty countries from 2002 by 2012 a total of eleven years of empirical analysis, using gravity model and diamond model as a theoretical basis for the establishment of multiple linear regression model, using the software of STATA11.0 regression analysis, so as to face the key influencing factors of China's automobile vehicle export project from the host country layer was explained. In the end, according to our previous studies, draw the conclusion, puts forward some corresponding suggestions, and summarize the In this paper, the shortcomings of the writing process, the future research is put forward.
This paper aims to combine the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, from the national level to find the key factors affecting the export of China's automobile vehicle project, and determine the degree of influence on the size of the risk, and to summarize the lessons of success and failure. The export expansion in China since the main vehicle to ensure vehicle export project work smoothly, and accelerate the process of internationalization pace, and enhance the international competitiveness has a very important significance.
