【摘要】:齐二机床厂作为一家国有大型制造企业,主要生产数控机床。企业经过多年的发展,已经积累了一些资源和管理经验。但是在全球化背景下,齐二机床厂要想在国际市场中获得一席之地,还需不断地创新,提高产品的竞争力。由于齐二机床厂生产的数控机床组装复杂,很多零部件、产品需要从外部采购获得。在供应链管理越来越受关注的时代,齐二机床厂要想在市场中获得优势,需要与供应链中的供应商合作,降低数控机床的生产成本,,提高数控机床的质量,缩短产品的生产时间。因此,齐二机床厂制定一套完善的供应商管理策略是非常重要和必要的。 本文在回顾供应商分类、供应商选择、供应商开发、供应商关系管理相关理论基础上,分析齐二机床厂采购产品特征和数控总装供应商特征。针对齐二机床厂目前的数控总装供应商管理现状,发现齐二机床厂在供应商分类、供应商选择、供应商开发、供应商关系管理方面存在问题。为了有效解决这些问题,本文制定了齐二机床厂数控总装供应商管理改进策略,主要包括供应商分类策略、供应商选择策略、供应商培育策略和供应商关系管理策略。为了保障这些供应商管理策略的有效实施,本文根据齐二机床厂的实际情况,在沟通协调、风险防范、信息管理、激励方面建立了相应的保障机制。 本文将供应商管理相关理论知识与齐二机床厂数控总装供应商管理实际情况相结合,针对性和应用性较强,为齐二机床厂改善数控总装供应商管理现状提供策略和指导。
[Abstract]:Qier Machine tool Factory, as a large state-owned manufacturing enterprise, mainly produces CNC machine tools. After years of development, the enterprise has accumulated some resources and management experience, but in the context of globalization. In order to gain a place in the international market, Qier Machine tool Factory needs to continuously innovate and improve the competitiveness of its products. Due to the complex assembly of CNC machine tools produced by the second Machine tool Factory, many parts and components are needed. Products need to be purchased from outside. In the era of more and more attention to supply chain management, in order to gain advantages in the market, Qier machine tool factory needs to cooperate with suppliers in the supply chain to reduce the production cost of CNC machine tools. To improve the quality of CNC machine tools and shorten the production time, therefore, it is very important and necessary for the second machine tool factory to formulate a set of perfect supplier management strategy. This paper reviews the relevant theories of supplier classification, supplier selection, supplier development and supplier relationship management. This paper analyzes the characteristics of purchasing products and NC assembly suppliers in the second machine tool factory. According to the current management status of CNC assembly supplier in the second machine tool factory, it finds that the supplier classification and supplier selection in the second machine tool factory. There are some problems in supplier development and supplier relationship management. In order to solve these problems effectively, this paper formulates the improvement strategy of CNC assembly supplier management in the second machine tool factory, mainly including supplier classification strategy. Supplier selection strategy, supplier cultivation strategy and supplier relationship management strategy. In order to ensure the effective implementation of these supplier management strategies, this paper according to the actual situation of the two machine tools factory, in communication and coordination. Risk prevention, information management, incentive has established the corresponding safeguard mechanism. This paper combines the relevant theory knowledge of supplier management with the actual situation of CNC assembly supplier management in Q2 Machine tool Factory, which has strong pertinence and application. Provide strategy and guidance for improving CNC assembly supplier management status.
