【摘要】:中国钢铁行业经过产业规模快速扩张后产能严重过剩,市场竞争日益激烈。HG集团期望在市场竞争中占据优势地位,因此积极寻找出路以增强企业竞争力。炼钢分厂积极响应公司号召,积极推进提高产品产量和质量、降低生产成本的活动,但是基层人才的缺乏严重影响了分厂的经营战略,所以基层员工培训工作的开展迫在眉睫。 本文采用了理论和实际相结合、统计分析、图表分析、问卷调查等研究方法对炼钢分厂基层员工培训现状进行分析。作者在学习型组织理论的指导下,以系统型培训模式和柯氏四级培训评估模式为基础,对炼钢分厂的基层员工培训现状进行了详细的分析,,指出了分厂基层员工培训工作中存在的问题以及产生问题的原因,设计了分厂基层员工培训体系,尤其是强化了培训评估在培训体系中的作用。 在进行培训体系设计时,本文格外重视以下几个方面的工作: 重视培训需求分析,提高员工培训工作的针对性,避免了不必要的培训开支。明确培训目标计划,提高了员工培训工作的可实施性,防止了杂乱无章的培训过程。拓宽培训方式,使培训活动开展更方便、培训成本更低廉。利用制度来保障培训工作的顺利实施,坚定不移地推行培训评估考核制度,提高了培训效益,保证了培训工作能顺利、持续开展。
[Abstract]:After the rapid expansion of China's steel industry, there is serious overcapacity, and the market competition is increasingly fierce. HG Group expects to occupy an advantage position in the market competition. Therefore, to find a way out to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Steelmaking plants actively respond to the company's call to actively promote the production and quality of products to reduce production costs. However, the lack of basic talent seriously affects the operation strategy of the branch factory, so it is urgent to carry out the training work of grass-roots staff. In this paper, the combination of theory and practice, statistical analysis, chart analysis, questionnaire survey and other research methods are used to analyze the status quo of basic level staff training in steelmaking plants. The author is guided by the learning organization theory. Based on the systematic training model and the evaluation model of Cor level 4 training, the present situation of the basic level staff training in the steelmaking branch plant is analyzed in detail. This paper points out the existing problems and causes of the problems in the training work of the basic level staff of the branch factory, and designs the training system of the basic level staff of the branch factory, especially strengthens the function of the training evaluation in the training system. In the design of the training system, this paper pays special attention to the following aspects of the work: Pay attention to training needs analysis, improve the pertinence of staff training work, avoid unnecessary training expenditure, clear training target plan, improve the implementability of staff training work. The training process is prevented, the training mode is broadened, the training activities are more convenient and the training cost is lower. The system is used to ensure the smooth implementation of the training work. Unswervingly carrying out the training evaluation and assessment system, improving the training efficiency and ensuring the smooth and continuous development of the training work.
