基于供应链管理的CLT公司库存控制研究

【摘要】:进入新世纪以来,伴随着市场竞争的日益激烈,越来越多的企业管理者逐渐认识到企业间的竞争除了核心技术的竞争之外,更多的体现在企业对市场的响应度上。在当前的经济环境下,企业逐渐在向小批次多品种的经营模式上转变。在这种情况下,企业对市场的响应速度很大程度上决定了企业的发展。而库存又在一定程度上影响了企业对市场的响应速度。然而,对于制造型企业来说,如何持有合适的库存是件既重要又困难的事情。库存持有太多,容易造成成本的增加和管理的难度;库存持有太少,容易造成反应速度的降低,,失去对市场的把握。在供应链的大环境下,传统的库存控制方式已经不能适应新的形势的要求。因此,从整个供应链管理的角度来对库存进行管理显得势在必行。 本文研究的对象是一家中外合资的化工企业——CLT公司。 CLT公司是化工行业的领先者,其原料需求品种和数量众多,产成品品种较多,库存控制有一定难度,在制造型企业中有一定的代表性。本文首先分析CLT公司在库存控制方面的现状和存在的问题,同时,简单介绍了供应链管理和供应链管理下的库存控制的相关概念和理论。其次,分析了在供应链管理下影响库存控制的因素。然后,分析了多层次分类法在原材料库存优化控制中的应用,介绍了EOQ模型和MRP方法,并通过实例加以说明。另外,还介绍了VMI库存控制策略在CLT公司的具体实施情况。希望通过理论分析和一些实践结合,能够找到适合CLT公司的库存控制策略。最后,进行了分析总结,并提出了改进意见。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, with the increasingly fierce competition in the market, more and more enterprise managers have gradually realized that the competition among enterprises is in addition to the competition of core technology. In the current economic environment, enterprises are gradually changing to small batches of multi-variety business model. In this case. The response speed of the enterprise to the market determines the development of the enterprise to a great extent, and the inventory affects the response speed of the enterprise to the market to a certain extent. However, for the manufacturing enterprise. How to hold the appropriate inventory is both important and difficult. Too much inventory can easily lead to the increase of cost and the difficulty of management. It is easy to reduce the reaction speed and lose the grasp of the market. Under the environment of the supply chain, the traditional inventory control method can not meet the requirements of the new situation. It is imperative to manage inventory from the point of view of the whole supply chain management. The research object of this paper is a Sino-foreign joint venture chemical company, CLT Company. CLT Company is the leader of the chemical industry, its raw material demand and quantity are numerous, and there are many kinds of finished products. Inventory control is difficult and representative in manufacturing enterprises. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of CLT company in inventory control, at the same time. This paper briefly introduces the concepts and theories of supply chain management and inventory control under supply chain management. Secondly, it analyzes the factors that affect inventory control under supply chain management. Then. This paper analyzes the application of multi-level classification method in raw material inventory optimization control, introduces EOQ model and MRP method, and illustrates them by examples. It also introduces the implementation of VMI inventory control strategy in CLT Company. It is hoped that the inventory control strategy suitable for CLT Company can be found through theoretical analysis and some practice. Finally. Analysis and summary are made, and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
