【摘要】：中国石化曾经是国内最大的燃料油供应商和生产商，但受炼油厂装置结构、原油价格、税收政策等方面的影响，，燃料油产出量逐年下降，市场份额在不断下降。并且主要商品供应是锅炉用重油，近年来陆上炉用重油逐渐被天然气替代，而近10年来增加幅度最大的远洋船舶保税船加油及国内内贸船加油业务所占份额很少。作为中国第一大能源公司，船用燃料油业务的开拓、发展有其重要意义。2010年6月燃料油业务平台进行整合，可统一中国石化在国内及国外的两种资源、两个市场，实现进口价格及国内销售价格二者可控。集合力量提高议价能力，使船用燃料油业务成为未来的新的市场商机。主要工作如下： 1．介绍了中国石化燃料油业务的发展背景，简要介绍了目前存在的主要问题。介绍了船用燃料油的分类与使用； 2．发掘全球船供油市场的现状及特点，从燃料油的生产情况，市场及仓储供求关系，船加油的几个特点及油品未来的发展趋势做了说明； 3．从多方面阐述了中国燃料油市场的发展现状与问题； 4．结合目前国内燃料油市场情况，分析了中国石化进入船用燃料油市场的机遇与挑战； 5．根据中国石化企业自身特点，结合燃料油市场的情况，做了中国石化进入市场的预测和定位，描述了中国石化船用油业务发展思路与战略； 6．根据上述研究的结论，制定了中国石化船用燃料油业务发展规划。
[Abstract]:Sinopec was once the largest supplier and producer of fuel oil in China, but due to the refinery unit structure, crude oil price, tax policy and other aspects, fuel oil production has been declining year by year. Market share is declining and the main commodity supply is boiler heavy oil, which has been gradually replaced by natural gas in recent years. In the past 10 years, the largest increase in the volume of offshore vessels and domestic vessels in the domestic refuelling business share is very small. As the largest energy company in China, the development of marine fuel oil business. In June 2010, the integration of fuel oil business platform can unify the two kinds of resources and two markets of Sinopec at home and abroad. To achieve the import price and domestic sales price controllable. Pool strength to improve the bargaining power, making the marine fuel oil business a new market opportunity in the future. The main work is as follows: 1. Introduce the development background of Sinopec fuel oil business, briefly introduce the main problems existing at present, and introduce the classification and use of marine fuel oil; 2. Explore the present situation and characteristics of the global ship oil supply market, and explain the production situation of fuel oil, the relationship between market and storage supply and demand, several characteristics of ship refueling and the future development trend of oil products; 3. The present situation and problems of fuel oil market in China are expounded from many aspects. 4. According to the current situation of domestic fuel oil market, the opportunities and challenges for Sinopec to enter the ship fuel oil market are analyzed. 5.According to the characteristics of Sinopec enterprises and the situation of fuel oil market, the prediction and positioning of Sinopec's entering market are made, and the development thinking and strategy of Sinopec's marine oil business are described. 6.According to the above conclusions, the development plan of Sinopec's marine fuel oil is formulated.
