制丝线中控系统项目的质量管理研究

【摘要】:中控系统作为制丝生产过程的核心系统,负责制丝车间的生产控制任务,并对烟叶制丝过程中的设备运行、工艺质量情况进行监控,以保证工艺质量和正常生产。由于中控系统存在着自身的局限性,操作系统和软件系统的不稳定性和可靠性差的问题,直接导致制丝过程中出现严重的批间质量差异,特别是感官质量的差异。虽然制丝过程中水分、温度、加香加料量、填充值等各项物理指标均达标,但成品烟支感官质量却存在明显差异。同一品牌不同时期生产的成品烟支感官质量也都有比较明显的差异。本文针对上述问题,分析中控项目的特点,运用项目质量管理的理论与方法,对中控项目进行质量管理。搭建中控系统信息平台,配置高效的自动化管控系统,加快生产信息化,增加和完善中控系统工艺标准、牌号生产配方管理功能。完善工艺参数、将有效参数和经验参数进行对比,消除干扰因素,降低故障停机率,减少批间质量差异。为后续进行的中控系统技术改造和项目质量管理提供参考,为提高卷烟品质提供了有力的支撑,具有一定的理论研究价值与现实的应用前景。
[Abstract]:As the core system of the silk production process, the central control system takes responsibility for the production control task of the silk making workshop, and monitors the operation and process quality of the equipment in the process of tobacco production. In order to ensure process quality and normal production. Due to the limitations of the central control system, operating system and software system instability and poor reliability. This directly leads to serious quality differences between batches, especially the sensory quality, although the physical indexes such as moisture, temperature, flavoring amount, filling value and so on are up to standard. However, there are obvious differences in sensory quality of finished tobacco. The sensory quality of finished tobacco produced in different periods of the same brand also has obvious differences. In view of the above problems, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the central control project. Using the theory and method of project quality management, this paper carries on the quality management to the central control project, sets up the information platform of the central control system, configures the efficient automation control system, speeds up the production information. Increase and improve the process standard of the central control system, brand production formula management function. Perfect the process parameters, compare the effective parameters with the experience parameters, eliminate the interference factors and reduce the failure rate. To reduce the quality difference between batches, to provide a reference for the subsequent technical transformation of the central control system and project quality management, and to provide a strong support for the improvement of cigarette quality. It has certain theoretical research value and practical application prospect.
