SC公司精益生产体系的构建

【摘要】:近年来,我国防静电行业发展相当的迅速,国内防静电企业像雨后春笋一样蓬勃发展,再加上防静电行业的进入门槛低,生产防静电产品的企业均属中小企业,而以小型企业为主,设备简单,管理方式落后,生产效率低,各企业为了进入市场,基本上是采用低成本、低价格方式占领市场,形成恶性竞争。同时在欧债危机和全球经济衰退的影响,再加上人民币的不断升值,导致出口利润严重下降,制造业面临着很大的生存危机和成本压力。 本文通过选择SC公司作为研究对象,选择SC公司最有代表性的有绳手腕带生产线进行生产流程介绍,通过运用工业工程(IE)中的流程分析法、生产线布局等方法对生产线进行初步分析,确定现有的生产线的工艺流程和实际工位人力分布;其次,通过作业时间测定,收集生产线的当前各个工位的作业时间,对SC公司生产线当前的平衡率和生产效率进行测定和评定;并进一步采用生产线布局,生产线类型,作业及设备能力,生产流程分析,确定了有绳手腕带生产线各工位时间及相关的瓶颈工位,分析了生产线生产效率低的根本原因。 其次,本文根据SC公司生产线实际情况,依据精益生产理论和工业工程理论,,分别从优化生产线布局,改善部分生产线类型,生产流程优化,进行标准作业,提高设备的作业能力,从而全面优化生产线,达到了生产线平衡,提高生产效率,提高生产线产量,缩短了交货周期,降低公司产品生产成本,提高公司产品的利润。 最后,本文通过对SC公司基于建立精益生产体系模式下的生产线的研究,总结了SC公司建立精益生产体系下生产效率改善,生产线平衡率提升,人均产量提升和经济利益的实际效果,也提出了实施中存在的问题,并为防静电行业的企业推行精益生产具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's national defense electrostatic industry has developed quite rapidly, domestic anti-static enterprises are booming like bamboo shoots after a spring rain, plus the low entry threshold of anti-static industry, the production of anti-static products enterprises are small and medium-sized enterprises. And to small enterprises, simple equipment, backward management, low production efficiency, in order to enter the market, enterprises basically use low-cost, low-cost way to occupy the market. At the same time, the impact of the European debt crisis and the global economic recession, coupled with the continuous appreciation of the renminbi, led to a serious decline in export profits, and manufacturing faced a great survival crisis and cost pressures. This paper selects SC Company as the research object, select the most representative production line of the rope wrist belt to introduce the production process, and use the process analysis method in industrial engineering. The layout of the production line and other methods of preliminary analysis of the production line to determine the existing production process and the actual labor distribution; Secondly, by measuring the working time, collecting the working time of each station of the production line, the current balance rate and production efficiency of SC production line are measured and evaluated. And further use production line layout, production line type, operation and equipment capacity, production process analysis, determine the rope wrist belt production line work time and related bottlenecks. The basic reasons for the low production efficiency of the production line are analyzed. Secondly, according to the actual situation of SC production line, lean production theory and industrial engineering theory, respectively, from the optimization of production line layout, improve part of the production line types, production process optimization. Carry on the standard work, improve the working ability of the equipment, so as to optimize the production line in an all-round way, achieve the balance of the production line, improve the production efficiency, increase the production line output, shorten the delivery period, and reduce the production cost of the company's products. Increase the profits of the company's products. Finally, through the SC company based on the establishment of lean production system production line research, summarized SC lean production system under the production efficiency improvement, production line balance rate. The actual effect of the increase of per capita output and economic benefit also puts forward the problems existing in the implementation and has certain reference significance for the enterprises of anti-static industry to carry out lean production.
