中国机电产品出口欧盟市场的影响因素分析

【摘要】:随着中国对外贸易的不断扩大,2008年我国成为世界货物贸易第一大出口国,同年成为机电产品的第一大出口国。我国机电产品出口的主要地区为欧盟、美国、日本等。随着中国贸易条件的改善以及欧盟组织的扩大,2008年,欧盟成为我国第一大贸易伙伴,我国与欧盟的贸易关系越来越密切,相互之间的贸易依赖程度也越来越高。特别是在机电产品出口方面,欧盟成为我国仅次于美国的第二大机电产品出口对象,机电产品占我国对欧盟出口产品的一半以上 近些年,受金融危机的影响,中国向欧盟出口的机电产品面临严峻的挑战,特别是欧债危机发生之后,我国向欧盟出口的机电产品同比出现下滑,虽然之后出口量逐渐回升,但出口的增长速度变缓。因此,研究中国机电产品出口欧盟市场的影响因素,针对主要的影响因素给出相关的对策建议,有利于提高我国机电产品对欧盟的出口,进而对我国机电产品的出口乃至我国出口贸易都具有十分重要的意义。 本文首先采用定性和定量相结合的方法,从定性的角度介绍中国机电产品出口欧盟市场的规模、商品结构及出口市场的现状,通过现状发现中国机电产品出口欧盟市场存在着出口增长下滑,商品结构不合理,遭遇壁垒等问题,并对这些问题的成因进行分析。其次,在影响因素定性分析的基础上,运用引力模型对中国机电产品出口欧盟市场的面板数据进行分析,并对各影响因素进行大小排序,其结论如下:(1)对于整个欧盟市场来说,影响中国机电产品出口欧盟市场的因素从大到小依次是:汇率、市场集中度、中国与欧盟人均收入差距、技术贸易壁垒、欧盟成员国的GDP。(2)本文进一步对欧盟市场进行细分,研究中国机电产品对欧盟出口排名前十位与后十位成员国的影响因素。结果显示,成员国的GDP是影响出口排名前十位最主要的因素,其次是汇率。而汇率是出口排名后十位最主要的影响因素,其次是中国与成员国人均收入差距。最后,根据模型得出的结论,针对主要的影响因素,提出进一步推进中国机电产品出口欧盟市场的对策建议,指出提升非价格竞争优势以及巩固传统市场、发掘潜力市场是促进出口的重要措施。
[Abstract]:China along with the expansion of foreign trade, in 2008 China has become the world's largest exporter of goods trade, the same year to become the largest exporter of mechanical and electrical products. The main areas of China's export of electromechanical products to the EU, the United States, Japan and other Chinese. With the improvement of terms of trade and the expansion of the European Union, in 2008, the EU has become my China's largest trading partner, China and EU trade relations more closely, mutual trade dependence is more and more high. Especially on the export of electromechanical products, the EU has become China's second largest after the U.S. exports of electromechanical products, mechanical and electrical products accounted for more than half of China's exports to the EU
In recent years, the impact of the financial crisis, China electromechanical products exports to the EU is facing serious challenges, especially after the European debt crisis, China's exports to the EU's mechanical and electrical products declined, although exports gradually rise, but export growth slowed down. Therefore, to study the factors that influence the export of electromechanical products Chinese the EU market, the main factors are relevant countermeasures and suggestions, is conducive to the improvement of China's electromechanical products exports to the EU, which is very important for the export of electromechanical products in China and China's export trade.
This method first uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative, the Chinese electromechanical products exports to the EU market scale from the qualitative point of view, the status quo and the commodity structure of export market, through the status quo that the export of electromechanical products to the EU market China exist export growth decline, commodity structure is not reasonable, the barriers and other issues, and the causes of these problems analysis on influence factors. Secondly, based on the qualitative analysis, using gravity model, panel data of China electromechanical products exports to the EU market analysis and ranking of the various factors, the conclusions are as follows: (1) for the EU market, influencing factors of China electromechanical products exports to the EU market from large to small: exchange rate, market concentration, and the per capita income gap Chinese, technical barriers to trade, the EU member states of the GDP. (2) according to the EU Market segmentation of China electromechanical products exports to the EU ranked ten before and after the ten members of the influence factors. The results showed that the members of the GDP is affecting exports ranked the top ten most main factors, followed by the exchange rate. The exchange rate is the export factor ranking of the ten most affected, followed by the gap between Chinese and members per capita income. Finally, according to the conclusions of the model, aiming at the main factors, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the China export of electromechanical products in the EU market, points out that the promotion of non price competitive advantage and consolidate the traditional market, the market potential is an important measure to promote exports.
