DZ监理公司员工满意度调查研究

【摘要】:公司的目的是盈利,而公司的各项工作都是由员工完成的,员工工作的效果和效率影响着一个公司的盈利状况。员工的满意度会在很大程度上影响员工的心态和工作的积极性,最终影响工作的效果和效率。只有关注和切实提高公司的员工满意度,才能从根本上提高员工的工作积极性,激发员工的潜能,保证公司的长远发展。目前越来越多的公司管理者认识到员工是公司的宝贵财富,提高公司员工满意度成为公司人力资源开发和管理的主要着力点。 DZ监理公司是本地区的监理行业知名度较高的公司,在本地区有一点的社会影响力,虽然近几年公司发展的速度很快,员工的数量也不短增多,但是公司的员工满意度较低。我国对监理公司的员工满意度研究还处于起步阶段,还比较缺乏较为系统化的专门研究。本文以DZ监理公司作为员工满意度调查研究的对象,首先论述此次调查的背景和研究意义,对国内的研究现状进行了总结和分析,然后对员工满意度的涵义、相关理论及研究的方法等进行了阐述,接着对DZ监理公司的现状、监理行业特点及影响监理公司员工满意度的因素等进行了分析,并构建出适合DZ监理公司的满意度调查研究模型,最后在公司内部开展满意度实地调查,并对调查结果进行分析,结合深度访谈找出影响DZ监理公司员工满意度的主要因素,提出提升员工满意度的建议和措施。 本文通过对DZ监理公司员工满意度影响因素分析和研究模型的构建及实地调研探索应用,为DZ监理公司全面了解公司员工的真实需要,更有效的激励员工,并进行员工的满意度管理,从而为公司改善经营管理提供了帮助。
[Abstract]:The company's goal is to make a profit, and the company's work is done by its employees. The effectiveness and efficiency of the employees' work affect the profitability of a company. The employee's satisfaction will greatly affect the employee's mentality and enthusiasm for work. Ultimately affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the work. Only by paying attention to and improving employee satisfaction, can we fundamentally improve the enthusiasm of employees and stimulate their potential. At present, more and more managers realize that employees are the precious wealth of the company, and the improvement of employee satisfaction has become the main focus of human resource development and management. DZ Supervisory Company is a well-known company in the supervision industry in the region. It has a little social influence in the region. Although the company has developed rapidly in recent years, the number of employees has not increased. But the employee satisfaction of the company is low. The research on the employee satisfaction of the supervision company in our country is still in its infancy, and there is a lack of systematic and specialized research. In this paper, DZ supervision company is taken as the object of the employee satisfaction investigation. Firstly, it discusses the background and significance of the investigation, summarizes and analyzes the current research situation in China, then expounds the meaning of employee satisfaction, related theories and research methods, and then describes the current situation of DZ supervision company. The characteristics of supervision industry and the factors influencing the employee satisfaction of supervision company are analyzed, and the satisfaction investigation model suitable for DZ supervision company is constructed. Finally, a field survey of satisfaction is carried out within the company. The results of the investigation are analyzed and the main factors affecting the employee satisfaction of DZ supervision company are found out in combination with in-depth interviews. Suggestions and measures to improve employee satisfaction are put forward. Through the analysis of the influencing factors of employee satisfaction in DZ supervision company and the construction of research model and field investigation and application, this paper aims to provide DZ supervision company with a comprehensive understanding of the real needs of its employees and more effective incentives to its employees. And the employee satisfaction management, so as to improve the management of the company to provide help.
