【摘要】：工程项目管理是建筑业一个不可或缺的组成部分。工程项目管理内容包括勘察、设计、施工、监理、造价咨询、招标代理等方面。工程项目如果没有专业化的管理，建筑业就如同没有绳子的珍珠，不会成为国民生产总值（GDP）上一根耀眼的项链。建筑业的蓬勃发展，造就了工程项目管理行业的扩张，从而导致工程项目管理企业的飞速发展。正因为处在行业发展的上升期，企业的发展大都顺风顺水。在这一重要的战略机遇期，企业家只顾赚钱，而忽略了企业自身的建设。企业发展机会导向性特征明显，现在什么赚钱就做什么，哪里去管什么发展、战略、未来。工程项目管理行业起步于20世纪80年代，随着改革开发，计划经济向市场经济过渡而逐渐发展，在2000年以后逐渐繁荣。A工程项目管理公司是一家总部位于保定的工程项目管理公司，具有甲级工程招标代理资质、甲级造价咨询资质，，成立于1995年，一直伴随着行业的发展而发展，繁荣而繁荣。近年来，随着工程项目管理市场竞争的加剧，A工程项目管理公司面临着多方面的挑战，如何在纷繁复杂的社会经济状况下，找到正确的发展战略，确立正确的前进方向，是A工程项目管理公司的问题，也是大多数工程项目管理企业所面临的问题。本文通过对A工程项目管理公司所处的宏观环境、产业环境、外部环境，内部状况进行分析，找出关键因素，运用SWOT矩阵，找出备选战略方案，并对备选战略方案利用QSPM矩阵进行评价，从中选出最符合公司发展状况的战略是聚焦差异化战略、市场扩张战略、行业领导战略、。根据发展战略的要求，确定出公司的战略实施需要采取的措施和保障手段。
[Abstract]:Engineering project management is an indispensable part of the construction industry. The contents of engineering project management include survey, design, construction, supervision, cost consultation, bidding agent and so on. The construction industry is like a pearl without a rope. It will not be a dazzling necklace on the GDP. The boom in the construction industry has led to the expansion of the engineering project management industry. This has led to the rapid development of engineering project management enterprises. Because they are in the rising stage of industry development, the development of enterprises is mostly smooth. In this important strategic opportunity period, entrepreneurs are only interested in making money. And ignore the construction of the enterprise itself. The characteristics of the enterprise development opportunities are obvious, what to make money now, where to care what development, strategy, the future. The engineering project management industry started in 1980s. With the reform and development, the planned economy gradually developed into the market economy. After 2000, the engineering project management company gradually flourished. A engineering project management company, headquartered in Baoding, was established on 1995, with grade a engineering bidding agent qualification and class a cost consulting qualification. In recent years, with the increasing competition in the engineering project management market, the engineering project management company is faced with many challenges, how to face the complicated social and economic conditions, the company has been developing, prosperity and prosperity with the development of the industry, in recent years, with the intensification of competition in the engineering project management market, the engineering project management company is faced with many challenges. Finding the correct development strategy and establishing the correct direction are the problems of A project management company and most of the engineering project management enterprises. This paper analyzes the macro environment, industrial environment, external environment and internal situation of A project management company, finds out the key factors, and finds out the alternative strategic plan by using SWOT matrix. The alternative strategy is evaluated by QSPM matrix, and the most suitable strategy for the development of the company is focused differentiation strategy, market expansion strategy, industry leadership strategy, according to the requirements of the development strategy. To determine the company's strategy implementation needs to take measures and safeguards.
