基于竞争定位的金刚集团产品结构优化研究

【摘要】:本文对我国内燃机零部件生产企业(缸套、活塞、活塞环、活塞销、进排气门、轴瓦等)产品结构优化相关理论进行了综述,主要包括产品及产品组织、工艺流程、技术类型、产品结构优化、竞争定位等。 本文分析了我国内燃机行业现状、内燃机工业“十二五”发展规划、内燃机零部件行业现状及竞争定位等。提出了随着中我国内燃机零部件行业集中度的进一步提高,我国内燃机零部件生产企业竞争基本形成两大模式:一是单一产品生产企业,二是多产品生产企业。提出了上述两种竞争模式各自的优势和劣势,同时提出了各自企业今后产品结构优化的方向。 本文还对内燃机零部件生产企业产品结构优化进行了研究,主要包括内燃机零部件生产企业产品结构优化相关因素分析、内燃机零部件生产企业产品结构优化和基于竞争定位的产品结构优化分析和实施等。 本文重点对石家庄金刚内燃机零部件集团有限公司的产品结构现状进行了研究,通过SWOT分析和产品竞争定位分析等提出了金刚集团产品结构优化方案,金刚集团产品结构优化应从三个方面进行:一是六大产品要有取有舍,保留核心竞争力摩擦副运动组件产品;二是要扩大出口产品市场份额;三是增加汽油内燃机零部件产品结构比例。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the theories related to product structure optimization of internal combustion engine parts production enterprises (cylinder liner, piston, piston ring, piston pin, inlet and outlet valve, bearing, etc.) are summarized, including product and product organization, process flow, technical type, etc. Product structure optimization, competitive positioning, etc. This paper analyzes the present situation of the internal combustion engine industry in China, the development plan of the internal combustion engine industry in the 12th Five-Year Plan, the present situation of the internal combustion engine parts industry and its competitive orientation, etc. The competition of internal combustion engine parts manufacturing enterprises in China is basically formed into two major models: one is a single product manufacturing enterprise, the other is a multi-product manufacturing enterprise. The advantages and disadvantages of the above two competition modes are put forward. At the same time, the direction of product structure optimization in the future is put forward. This paper also studies the product structure optimization of the internal combustion engine parts manufacturing enterprises, mainly including the analysis of the factors related to the product structure optimization of the internal combustion engine parts manufacturing enterprises. The product structure optimization of internal combustion engine parts manufacturing enterprises and the analysis and implementation of product structure optimization based on competitive positioning. In this paper, the current situation of product structure of Shijiazhuang Jinggang Internal Combustion engine parts Group Co., Ltd is studied, and the optimization scheme of product structure of Jinggang Group is put forward through SWOT analysis and product competition positioning analysis. The optimization of product structure of Jinggang Group should be carried out from three aspects: first, six major products should be chosen and rejected, and the core competitiveness should be retained for the friction pair sports component products, second, the market share of export products should be expanded. The third is to increase the proportion of gasoline internal combustion engine parts and components.
