【摘要】：企业作为市场经济的微观经营主体，面对技术变化日新月异、市场需求变化无常、企业间竞争日益激烈、信息知识不断更新的经营环境，要求得生存与发展，不仅要关心和谋划自身长远发展，而且也要为实现自身长远发展创造条件。企业经营者必须牢牢把握关系企业未来生存和发展的关键性、全局性的战略问题，充分分析利用和调整自身有限资源去适应外部环境的变化，只有这样才能使企业在竞争、变革中永葆青春。文章以中煤张家口煤矿机械有限责任公司为典型案例，为谋求公司的长久生存和跨越式发展，对公司所面临外部环境、内部环境、战略的选择和定位，进行系统的分析和研究，找出了有利于公司发展的机会，弄清了公司应回避的威胁，明确了公司存在的优势和弱点。利用EFE、IFE矩阵对公司的机会、威胁、优势和弱点进行了评价，进而用SWOT矩阵和QSPM矩阵提出了张家口煤矿机械公司的企业发展战略和相应的保障策略措施。希望这些研究成果能对张家口煤矿机械有限公司的企业发展提供一定的参考和帮助。
[Abstract]:As the microcosmic management subject of the market economy, faced with the rapid change of technology, the changeable market demand, the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises and the constantly updated information knowledge, enterprises are required to survive and develop. Not only should we care about and plan for our own long-term development, but also create conditions for our long-term development. Business operators must firmly grasp the key and overall strategic issues related to the future survival and development of enterprises. Only by fully analyzing and adjusting its limited resources to adapt to the change of external environment can the enterprise keep its youth in the process of competition and change. Taking Zhangjiakou Coal Mine Machinery Co., Ltd., as a typical case, in order to seek the long-term survival and leap-forward development of the company, the paper makes a choice and orientation of the external environment, internal environment and strategy faced by the company. Through systematic analysis and research, we find out the opportunities that are beneficial to the development of the company, make clear the threats that the company should avoid, clarify the strengths and weaknesses of the company, and use the EFE IFE matrix to evaluate the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company. Then, using SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix, this paper puts forward the development strategy and corresponding safeguard strategy of Zhangjiakou Coal Mine Machinery Co., Ltd. It is hoped that these research results can provide some reference and help for the development of Zhangjiakou Coal Mine Machinery Co., Ltd.
