重庆电力文化项目进度计划与控制研究

【摘要】：企业文化建设是促进企业发展的重要的环节，特别是精神文化建设尤其重要。而文体活动作为精神文化生活的主要体现，大力开展文体活动有利于增强员工活力、规范员工行为、加强人际交流与沟通、倡导积极向上的工作氛围。目前，基层工会组织开展文体活动时存在着管理不够专业、组织不够完善、实施不够细致等缺点。这严重的妨碍了企业文化精神方面的建设。针对这些问题，文章对项目管理的相关概念做了界定和分析，并重点研究了项目管理中的项目进度计划与控制，研究发现项目进度计划与控制可以促进活动组织管理的科学化、精细化、合理化；充分发挥工会基层工会的组织优势，坚持以人为本、以职工为本的原则，推动企业和谐发展，促进职工队伍建设，达到了对内提高整体素质、对外树立良好形象的目的。最后文章以重庆电力某基层工会组织开展的2011年春节联欢晚会为例，对项目计划和控制管理进行了研究探讨，通过理论结合实际的研究，给出了春晚项目管理有效的操作方法，，以达到营造特色企业文体活动的文化机制和氛围。
[Abstract]:The construction of enterprise culture is an important link to promote the development of enterprises, especially the construction of spiritual culture. Standardizing employee behavior, strengthening interpersonal communication and communication, advocating a positive working atmosphere. At present, grass-roots trade union organizations do not have enough professional management and inadequate organization to carry out recreational and cultural activities. This seriously hinders the construction of the spirit of enterprise culture. In view of these problems, the paper defines and analyzes the related concepts of project management. It also focuses on the project schedule and control in project management, and finds that the project schedule and control can promote the scientific, meticulous and rational organization and management of activities, and give full play to the organizational advantages of trade unions at the grass-roots level. Adhere to the principle of people-oriented, staff-oriented, promote the harmonious development of enterprises, promote the construction of staff and workers, to achieve the purpose of improving the overall quality of the internal and external establishment of a good image. Finally, taking the 2011 Spring Festival Gala held by a grass-roots trade union organization of Chongqing Electric Power Company as an example, the project planning and control management are studied and discussed. The effective operation method of project management of Spring Festival Gala is given in order to create the cultural mechanism and atmosphere of the characteristic enterprise's cultural and cultural activities.
