XB公司竞争战略研究

【摘要】:建筑业是国民经济支柱性产业,在西部大开发背景下的西北建筑市场,具有政策导向好,经济增速高,基础建设加快等有利环境,随着社会经济改革向纵深推进,西北地区工业化、城镇化进程明显加快,将进一步激发西部地区社会活力和发展动力。 研究xB公司竞争战略的目的是为企业寻找发展方向和获得竞争优势。2011年5月,中建八局实施区域化战略,整合西北区域原中建八局一公司西北公司、二公司西北公司、三公司西北公司、青岛公司西安经理部,组建了XB公司。公司组建前,四个公司面临同质竞争、资源分散、难以形成品牌、规模优势等种种弊端,在中建八局战略下很难有效开拓经营西北区域,为此中建八局组建了xB公司。新公司成立后,急需明确战略发展思路,确立科学的竞争战略,制定合理的战略目标和战略方案,基于这种考虑,作为XB企业的经营者,确立了这一研究课题。 本文以企业竞争战略为主要研究内容,阐述了战略管理理论,做了战略制定的铺垫,为战略制定提供了理论依据,同时运用PEST法、波特五力模型、SWOT分析等方法,对XB公司所面临政治、经济、社会、技术宏观环境进行了分析,并对建筑行业环境进行了分析,着重对西北建筑市场进行了重点有针对性的分析,确定了公司面临的外部机会、威胁以及企业内部的优势、劣势,从战略高度明确公司长期发展思路,分两阶段明确了“3+5”战略目标。本文采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,对XB公司竞争战略内外部环境进行了具体的分析和阐述。在上述分析的基础上,构建了SWOT模型,对XB公司竞争战略进行了分析和选择,确定了差异化的竞争战略,并明确了战略定位、确立了战略发展目标,并制定了战略实施措施,为xB公司设计出了一套科学的并具有可操作性的一套战略方案。 本文希望通过对XB公司的竞争战略研究,能为企业在激烈的竞争中,提高XB公司的抗风险的能力,提高核心竞争力,获得竞争优势,保持企业的可持续的发展能力,提供科学的智力支持,同时也希望对同类建筑企业能产生一些启示。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is a pillar industry of the national economy. Under the background of the large-scale development of the western region, the construction market in Northwest China has a favorable environment, such as good policy guidance, high economic growth rate, and accelerated infrastructure construction. As the social and economic reforms move in depth, The process of industrialization and urbanization in Northwest China will further stimulate the social vitality and development power of the western region. The purpose of studying the competition strategy of XB Company is to find the development direction and gain the competitive advantage for the enterprise. In May 2011, the eighth Bureau of China Construction implemented the regionalization strategy, integrating the Northwest Company of the former eight Bureau of the Central Construction Corporation of the Northwest region, the Northwest Company of the second Company, the Northwest Company of the second Company, Three companies, Northwest Company, Qingdao Company, Xi'an Manager's Department, and set up XB Company. Before the establishment of the company, the four companies faced various drawbacks such as homogeneous competition, scattered resources, difficulty in forming brand names, advantages in scale, etc. It is very difficult to effectively open up and operate the Northwest region under the strategy of the eighth Bureau of China Construction. For this reason, the eighth Bureau of China Construction set up XB Company. After the establishment of the new company, there is an urgent need to clarify the strategic development thinking, establish a scientific competitive strategy, and formulate reasonable strategic objectives and strategic plans. Based on this consideration, as the operator of XB enterprise, established this research topic. In this paper, the enterprise competitive strategy is taken as the main research content, the strategic management theory is expounded, the strategy formulation is made, and the theoretical basis is provided for the strategy formulation. At the same time, the PEST method and Porter's five-force model are used to analyze the strategy. This paper analyzes the macro environment of politics, economy, society and technology faced by XB Company, analyzes the environment of construction industry, and emphatically analyzes the northwest construction market, and determines the external opportunities faced by the company. Threats and internal strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, from the strategic height of the long-term development of the company clear thinking, divided into two stages to clarify the "35" strategic objectives. This paper uses the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research method, On the basis of the above analysis, this paper constructs the SWOT model, analyzes and selects the competitive strategy of XB Company, and determines the differentiated competitive strategy, which is based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the competition strategy of the XB Company, and on the basis of the above analysis, the author constructs the SWOT model, analyzes and selects the competitive strategy of the company. It also defines the strategic orientation, establishes the strategic development goal, and formulates the strategic implementation measures, and designs a set of scientific and operable strategic plan for XB Company. This paper hopes that through the study of the competitive strategy of XB Company, it can improve the ability of resisting risks, improve the core competence, obtain the competitive advantage and maintain the sustainable development ability of the enterprise in the fierce competition. Provide scientific intellectual support, but also hope to similar construction enterprises can produce some enlightenment.
