【摘要】:当前,企业在发展中面临的国际国内形势更为复杂多变。从国际来看,随着全球经济一体化的不断推进,经济之间的相互影响作用不断加强,这使得经济发展的不利因素带来的影响范围也更广。公司很难预测到所有的不利影响并事先采取对策。从国内来看,我国新一届政府表现出了很强的转变经济增长方式的决心,经济发展中面临的不确定性增加。但同时我国城市化进程的进一步发展,经济的较快增长也为企业发展带来了一定的发展机遇。并且,随着我国经济的进步,更多地行业呈现出激烈竞争的特点。复杂多变的国际国内环境以及行业激烈的竞争对企业的生产经营产生重大影响。因此,清晰的认识企业面临的外部一般经济环境、行业环境以及企业内部环境,根据企业的使命远景,制定适合的发展战略,进行全局的筹划和指导,在竞争激烈、环境复杂多变的当今显得尤为重要。 本文在对企业战略管理理论进行介绍的基础上。首先利用PEST分析、行业生命周期模型、五力模型、SWOT模型等系统地分析了中铁大桥勘测设计院集团有限公司(以下简称“大桥院”)面临的一般宏观环境、行业环境、内部环境以及核心竞争力之所在。根据分析结果本文认为大桥院公司整体应采取以公司核心竞争力为基础的相关多元化发展战略,即“以桥为主、多元并进”。基于大桥院所处的行业环境呈现竞争激烈的特征以及其自身业务的性质,公司应特别注重营销战略、人才战略以及科技创新战略对公司整体战略实现的帮助作用。虽然公司的组织结构、领导层以及公司内部的资源能力等因素对公司“以桥为主、多元并进”战略的实现创造了有利条件。但是依然应该注重相关专业人才的培育以及资质的进一步扩展等问题。 本文对于大桥院在未来的发展中运用自身的优势并不断弥补自身不足,以抓住机遇应对威胁具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:At present, the international and domestic situations facing enterprises in development are more complex and changeable. From the international perspective, with the continuous development of global economic integration, the interaction between economies is constantly strengthened. This makes the negative factors of economic development more widespread. It is very difficult for companies to predict all the adverse effects and take countermeasures beforehand. Domestically, the new government of our country has shown a strong determination to change the mode of economic growth. The uncertainty in economic development is increasing. But at the same time, with the further development of China's urbanization process, the rapid economic growth has also brought certain opportunities for the development of enterprises. Moreover, with the progress of our economy, More industries are characterized by fierce competition. The complex and changeable international and domestic environment and the fierce competition in the industry have a significant impact on the production and operation of enterprises. Therefore, it is clear to understand the external general economic environment that enterprises are facing. The industry environment and the enterprise internal environment, according to the enterprise mission vision, the formulation suitable development strategy, carries on the overall situation plan and the instruction, in the competition intense, the environment complex and changeable present appears to be particularly important. Based on the introduction of enterprise strategic management theory, this paper first uses PEST analysis, industry life cycle model, The five-force model and SWOT model are used to systematically analyze the general macro environment and industry environment faced by China Railway Bridge Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Bridge Institute"). According to the result of the analysis, the author thinks that the whole company should adopt the diversified development strategy based on the core competence of the company, that is, "bridge is the main factor," In view of the intense competition and the nature of its own business, the company should pay special attention to its marketing strategy. The role of talent strategy and science and technology innovation strategy in the realization of the overall strategy of the company. The realization of the strategy of "multiple and simultaneous development" has created favorable conditions, but we should still pay attention to the cultivation of relevant professional talents and the further expansion of qualifications and so on. This paper is of great significance for the bridge yard to use its own advantages in the future development and constantly make up for its own shortcomings in order to seize the opportunity to deal with threats.
